Subway

I love subway, but this subway I wont ever go to. The employee that wears glasses, short, small, tiny, little Latin guy is rude, doesn't take orders correctly. He got upset because we told him we wanted a flat bread, not the herbs and cheese. He rolled his eyes, and spoke to us rude, said why didnt we stop him before he started preparing the sandwich. We did mentioned it to him, but he wasn't listening, he was rushing. He insulted us, rolled his eyes, and told us to go. I'm 6'1 , 235lb , he's 5'5, approximately 145lb. I left because not worth the argument and drama. I'd rather hope management reaches out to me, after reading this review.

He didn’t have a name tag, but he was the dark skin guy who was super rude. does not greet you . . Asks what do you want ? . . . . Then when he’s done wrapping the sandwich he throws it in my direction . . Like yeah don’t have to hand it to me but place it towards me. Then I pay and doesn’t give me my receipt or at least wish people to have a good day. EXACTLY WHY HE OLD AND WORKS AT A SUBWAY LOL he’s clearly miserable but that’s not the customers fault.

ZERO STARS!!! My husband, daughter and I went in on Sunday 4/18 at about 1pm, we were the only ones in there. The employee had a very nasty attitude, clearly did not want to be there. In the middle of us placing our order he took a personal call on his cell phone! After he was done with his conversation he continued our order. An elderly couple came in, and as he looks over at them he say out loud “I should’ve locked the door”. I live close to this Subway but I will be traveling to a further one just to get better customer service. His attitude was so negative and disgusting, he almost ruined the rest of our Sunday.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, that’s what I would give this place. Horrible customer service. The counter guy didn’t even greet me. I had to ask for service. Asked for a meatball marinara for my son and the guy barely toasted the bread. When asked him to suggest me which sandwich goes best with guacamole he answered rudely “I don’t know, any sandwich you want can have it”. To the point that my desire of having a sandwich went away. So I chose not to get anything else. My son’s sandwich was a mess, all soft and falling apart. Right after I paid he went back to the kitchen to use his phone. I didn’t even bother to get back to him to complain.

Arrived Sunday morning just after 10:00 AM EST, no line. Clean well organized eatery. Subway Chef friendly and made sandwich just as I like. Plenty of menu options to choose from. Seating for two and for handicap. Plenty of parking out front with additional seating for two. Near fairway, Verizon, and walking distance to bus line. Bathroom available for customers. Cash and VISA accepted.
