Great salads. But found sharp pieces of either GLASS or HARD PLASTIC in my smoothie. Called them to report it and they gave me a $8.00 refund for my smoothie only. I expected a refund for my entire meal and a voucher for another free lunch on the house after nearly shredding my insides by ingesting a sharp piece of glass. Don’t you guys want customers coming back?!???? Instead I will no longer be a customer and am writing this review for awareness.

They consistently get the salad wrong. I ask for no cheese and lemon juice and I get cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Not good.
1. Spinach was a little wilted and some were brown. 2. I asked for lemon juice; was not included in my order. 3. this may be a function of using the GrubHub platform, but the "add items to the salad" options didn't allow me to add extra turkey/extra meat. 4. I requested shredded mozzarella and got the "block" of mozzarella.
Overall, I felt like it was pricey for what you got and they couldn't even get my order right! For a business that relies on online/delivery orders, it is surprising.

Ordered a salad with gorgonzola cheese, they gave me romaine and gorgonzola, what is that? Will never go back there again. I am a Chopt customer and they never fail me yet and they are organic. On top of the messed up salad they changed me $22 for a small lettuce and cheese and a medium ceaser.

Decent salads but the online ordering can get pricey quickly due to their fixed add on charge. It doesn't make sense that more expensive additions like say walnuts or asparagus would cost the same as chickpeas or corn.

Delivery for 3 small salads took over 2.5 hours and when if finally showed up, the order was wrong. The manager refunded our order, but we will definitely not be ordering again.

amazing food but by far the WORST delivery service. i am still waiting on my order from an hour ago which consisted of a small salad and wrap. i work down the street. employees by phone are pleasurable but if business is booming to the point where everytime my office orders there is a min 1hr in delivery... food is amazing though :(

salads are good , but the delivery driver that they have is super rude , i dont know his name unfortunately i would have to say is the "bold one" . always giving the front people dirty looks , and being disrespectful. Will never order again.
