This Starbucks is a nice place to grab a coffee and read a good book. Very friendly staff here too.

Had the worst experience there. Didn’t even receive my breakfast I ordered. The man who worked there was rude and condescending, not the typical Starbucks, happy go lucky type you expect to see in the morning. I am not returning to this location. I’d much rather drive across town to plover or metro market where I’m greeted with a friendly smile.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I decided to stop by because I needed coffee! Currently drive thru only, but that’s okay! The person at the drive thru was super nice! If I remember right, the name was Aster? Really good with customers! 😊 As a college student, I will be back.

Appreciate the friendliness of the team. They had literally just closed the lobby due to short staff before I walked up, saying drive through only. Being a bus driver from out of town and thus unable to use the drive thru, they kindly let me in as their last inside customer. Great customer service and I'll go back there if I'm ever in Stevens Point again! (And the pumpkin cream cold brew was great too!)

They make the best frappuccinos at THIS location!! Friendly service too. It is usually busy when I go but still get pretty quick service. The drive-thru is a bit tight but do-able.

The employees have been super cool and helpful every time I've come here. I understand they've been going through a supply chain shortage and they've been doing the best they can. Coffee is always good here.
