They do a decent job here. It's KFC so the bar is set on the lower side but they get the orders correct most of the time.

I tend to get KFC at this location a lot and never have problems. The food is fresh and delicious. I went around 30 minutes to close and the sign to order was not working and it seemed to cause a little bit of a slower service. However slow service aside it was no fault of the establishment that mechanical error slowed them, the team adjusted fire and in the end served another delicious meal. The order was just as good as usual even when many places near closing time lack on quality. Way to go KFC!

Very, very good. However, we wanted to " Dine In " and could not. People NEED to go back to work!!! Help is needed everywhere. Return to the days of " O L D "!!! Get off your tushes and go to WORK! Thanks KFC, for having a drive-thru, it was ' DELICIOUS " !!!

Only drive through or order online and pick up was available. Asked to stop loitering while we waited in the vestibule for food. No utensils or napkins were included. Gave us the wrong drink after reminding them they forgot the drink. Other customers also complained that the staff was unfriendly. Worst KFC experience ever.

Giving a 1 star because I specifically asked for COOK TO ORDER for my chicken little sandwiches and that I would happily wait for it to be cooked and this woman named Gail says, with a little attitude, that’s how they always come. So I was like okay and when I get home to eat it, the bottom bun is rock hard and the chicken was definitely not fresh. Extremely upsetting when I had specifically asked for my food to be fresh.

Ordered ahead,20 minutes, so chicken would be fresh/ tender, was told to place order at the drive up when I arrived, received family size bucket with 10 dark meat and 6 white meat plus sides and biscuits, Chicken was DRY, coating was HARD AND DRY. Gravy was in 2 small containers, And Biscuts were So dry and hard You could have driven nails with them... WHAT is going on???

I don't know when inside seating will be available but the drive through is open. Fast service. Good flavor on the chicken.

Lady was very rude and forgot several items. We waited in an empty drive through for 2+ minutes and asked if she was ready for our order. She meanly yelled “I’m ready.” She then basically threw our food out the window and slammed the drive through windows closed.Awful experience. Extremely unacceptable and unsatisfactory service.
