Dawn To Dusk Cakes & Then Some

My husband and I are newly relocated to the Stroudsburg area. My search to find a delicious birthday cake led me to Sonia's. I am so happy that I gave her a try. My husband loves chocolate chip cookie dough, so I decided to go with a 6" chocolate chip cookie dough cake since we were only feeding a few. The final product was impressive. Absolutely delicious and decadent! The cake was so moist and the filling was generous. We will definitely be back in the future to try more baked goods.

Absolutely amazing bakery. Carl made sure to call me a week before my wedding to confirm the order and check for any adjustments or add ons. Sure enough I needed an additional sheet cake and he added it on with no problem. Everyone loved the strawberries and cream cake and the variety of cupcakes he made (vanilla, chocolate, pumpkin, banana, apple and red velvet). Definitely recommend!

We have been going to Sonia's for about two years and the cupcakes are always phemonomal. They have a fantastic selection and my wife and I love to get cupcakes here regularly. We love it so much we ordered a pair of cakes for our wedding and they absolutely exceeded all expectations. A fantastic lemon curd and blueberry white cake and a chocolate cookie dough cake. They We're so very kind to us and even offered to provide us an extra cooler bag and ice packs to ensure our cakes made it to our wedding a few hours a way whole and as delicious as the moment they were finished. I truly cannot reccomend them enough. Their cupcakes are amazing and they went out of there way to help make sure our wedding was fantastic. I reccommend them to everyone I know as the best place to get sweet treats in the greater Lehigh Valley area!

My Niece who is not a fan of cupcakes or any sweets, decided to purchase a dozen cupcakes for my 74th birthday. To say the least, these are the best cupcakes I have ever tasted! They are firm, moist, a great balance of icing, fillings, decoration and, definitely, just the right amount of sweetness. She, my Sister and I sat there taste-tasting each and every one... I can't even decide which one I liked best and neither could they. Sonia's was so helpful and nice in assisting my Neice in her choices, delivering them on time! Thank you for these delightful delicacies!

We reached out to Sonia’s about 15 months before our wedding to see if they would make our sweet treats. Knowing it was a summer Saturday <busy!> and not close by, we were prepared for them to decline. They did not, even initially agreeing to deliver it there, almost 2 hours away (thankfully we eventually realized we didn’t need them to). If you know Carl & Sonia, you know they are amazing people. They created the dessert bar of our dreams and packaged it perfectly for the trek to Rusty Rail. Guests raved! We raved and couldn’t have been more excited to have our local faves as our sweets vendor!

Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations made our wedding cake and it was better than I could’ve imagined! Sonia is such a talented baker. It looked and tasted PERFECT! We chose 2 flavors - chocolate hazelnut and vanilla. Everyone was talking about how pretty and tasty our cake was. Karl is such a kind person as well, they are so organized and made me feel like we were in really good hands.

They were wonderful to work with for our small wedding! They made the cake and cupcakes, all beautiful and delicious. The cake came out looking just like a log, packaged awesome for us to pick it up, and the cupcakes were amazingly decorated! Fantastic flavors and beautiful! Carl was wonderful also, he answered all of our questions and made the entire experience really easy. Highly recommend!
