The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Scott Road

The last time we went atleast a couple of years back, the service was over the top. And the food was beyond awesome and felt worthy for the price . But this time the experience was different. Food just felt average, not great and not bad. And the portions have grown smaller too! The veggies were half cooked, don't know if that's how it is supposed to be. The food felt like we could cook all these at home kind. The appetizer- scallops weren't that great. Steak was good, and the double baked potatoes are a favorite. The place was full. Vaccine certificate is required to dine in.

Amazing food. Served hot, fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. Calamari Was cooked well with fried Red Pepper And jalapeño, Taziki and Red Pepper Sauce was good. Onto The bread, Fresh Baked Delicious. The Wedge Salad was refreshing and delicious. Both Steaks Perfectly cooked with the Nice Double Baked Potato And Seasonal Vegetables. The Blackened Chicken was amazing. —————— Our Waiter Marina Was amazing! Super friendly and fun! Treated us so well and gave us awnsers to all our questions! Fast and efficient service. —————— They gave us the Billy Miner Pie for free to celebrate A birthday at our table! Thanks! —————— We came out feeling full and fed. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends/family.

You know what to expect when you come to The Keg. Good food and good service. Been to this location a couple times. Its always nice to come for an early dinner and you avoid the rush. The staff are always friendly. If you get Carol as your server, your night will just get even better. She is attentive, friendly and great all around. We always order the Prime Rib and it's always great!

The server was extremely nice but honestly everything has gone downhill...my steak was tiny and not cooked how I asked for it to be, they forgot my prawns so I had to ask for them, my broccoli was charred and burnt so i didnt eat those..my sister n laws asparagus was a joke..thinner then pencils and usually they are wonderful...AND I think they have stopped giving out sour dough bread as we didn't get any?! Sad.... won't ever be going back to the keg again as I don't see my $300 bill being worth it! Only thing I loved was the margarita and the Billy minor pie! And i can get those for take out 😉 wish I hadn't of zoomed in on my steak plate as u would have seen how small my portions were and I don't think that is worth $48 ... what happens?!?!

Great time here last week. Food was delicious and staff were super friendly. Had the rib eye and prawn skewers with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Can't really beat a nice surf n turf meal and they did it very well. Their in house bread was pretty good too. Would love to try their chicago style steak next time.

Came here on Dec 10 2021 for dinner with my husband . We ordered the holiday special garlic confit kansas city striploin (18oz), Bone-in Rib steak (20oz), Calamari, and the Billy Miner Pie. Everything was delicious!! The servers were very nice and checked in often. My only complaint is that the place is too dimly lit. Made me sleepy. The garlic confit kansas city striploin was my favorite. Great flavour and melts in your mouth. Too bad its limited, wish it was always on their menu.
