Church's Chicken

I went to this location today and paid almost $50 and the food wasn’t even edible. The chicken was over cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. I asked the girl to give me fresh fries but she told me that they were warm and fresh but they were old and cold. There was no ice in the drinks too. Not satisfied at all.

This used to be my favorite location in Surrey, but no longer. I cannot remember the last time they fulfilled my order correctly. Last night I ordered for takeout an eight piece family meal... This includes for biscuits and a large side. I also ordered 20 chicken wings because they have them on sale for $1 each. I ordered all my chicken spicy. They have closed their dining area even though it's not mandated. So there's no place to sit while you wait for your order. When I complained about that they told me I could wait in my car. She said she would wave at me when my order was ready but somebody very nicely brought it right out to my car for me instead. I asked if everything was there and I was assured that it was. I drove home, having just got home from work. I changed and washed and got a drink and sat down to eat. Only to find that all I had was chicken. I had my eight piece, I had the 20 chicken wings, but I did not have my side order of coleslaw nor did I get my biscuits. I was hungry so I just had chicken for dinner and to my surprise or really not very surprised, I found out that my chicken wings were made regular, not spicy. I tried to phone the store to let them know about the mistake. The first time I called as soon as I started to complain about my order she just hung up on me. I phoned back and they picked up the phone and just set it down on the counter and walked away so I got to listen to them going about their business for a few minutes before I finally hung up. The third time I phoned back, surprise surprise, they had blocked my number. This is not good business This is just way too many mistakes for me to continue to use this establishment. This is the third order in a row where they have gotten something wrong or forgotten something. I have had enough.

I ordered a burger from drive thru. My burger had very light onion and almost no lettuce. I am so disappointed with the service. When I tried informing the branch manager “Aditya” he said he couldn’t help me unless I bring the sandwich which I cannot cause I dont have anyride. Manager hung up on me saying he couldn’t do anything.. Learn how to give satisfactory customer service!!!

Food is delicious and they always package it well. But most recently I went and ordered a classic chicken sandwich and it had cheese on it! That's a quality control thing. There's not supposed to be cheese cmon and I can't even take it out. Also lots of mayo but I'd let that slide if there was no cheese lol and there wasn't any pickles either. At least make the order correctly!

BEWARE: if you order from drive through make sure you check your order AND receipt before leaving. I got my friend and I a 2 piece combo and 3 piece combo with side of gravy. Paid $30 for everything but for some reason I didn’t think how two combos can cost that much. Got our orders and when we went home - no gravy , no biscuits and the fries were cold! Checked my receipt and the employee charged me for two combos, a gravy and the drinks all separate!! Are they scamming now?? Really didn’t think I would have to check my receipt to see if I got scammed. Avoid at all cost.

I wonder how health safe bc didn’t take any measure ? The chicken what they provide is unprofessionally cooked and full of oil , they didn’t allow washroom, …and the kitchen is not clean the staff are disrespectful. The manager didn’t respect customers totally church’s chicken and health bc should check this weird branch other church’s chicken restaurants are serving good and respectful but all these disrespecting staff are speaking only their own language while are ordering. Never go to this restaurant and should be reported to the concerned department.

Can't think of anything nice to say about this place. Rude management, rude employees. Brought my order home, opened the box just to find out there was chicken thigh missing. Phoned and complained. Was told...ohh, just come back and we will give you whatever was missing. Yeah, righhhht. I said my time and gasoline is worth lot more than that. She said...ok, when you come back next time, we will take care of you then. I did just that two days ago only to be told......sorry, based on our complaints records you only get one jalapeno pepper. Make a long story short, I am never going back to this awful place again. And strongly suggest to others....spend your hard earned money anywhere else but at this Church's chicken location Ratings should allow for - minus 5 stars.
