This was my very first time ever going here! I have to say it was one of the best steak I had ever . The venue was beautiful. The staff were professional , friendly , and very kind! I’m glad I picked this place for my Christmas Eve dinner with my best friend ! I highly recommend and I will be returning!

I have been going to this Charley's for at least the past 12 years. I don't go often, probably only 10 times over this span. We went recently for a special occasion (my son got married) and wanted to celebrate with a special meal. Parking was easy - love the self-park option - and our table was ready well-ahead of the reservation time. We ordered drinks and passed on the appetizers. We were promised a presentation before ordering, but they missed that step. We ordered steaks, chicken, and plenty of sides. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the chicken was tasty. However, the sides were not so great. The loaded mashed potatoes were way to garlicky, and the other sides were very salty. Dessert was OK, definitely nothing to write home about. Our server seemed to have disappeared for a while, and we waited and waited for our check. Overall, the meal was good, but not great. There are other steakhouse choices within 5 miles of Charley's that I feel are a better value. Will we go back? Of course. But Charley's has lost a bit in quality and value over the years in our opinion.

The service was phenomenal and the a great atmosphere all the food was really good except one steak we had received it was hard to cut and very chewy but aside from that everything else was spectacular.

We had 21 days aged rib eye, stone grab colossal, and lobster mash that were good. Wouldn’t recommend stone grab colossal, it doesn’t taste very fresh as it stayed frozen for days. King crab is much better. Ribeye was good, they were able to get it well done but still juicy inside while outside is a bit crispy. Lobster mash is very good, like this better than lobster Mac and cheese.

My husband and I went to Charley’s recently for his work holiday party hosted in the private wine cellar. It was an absolutely incredible and personalized dining experience. Our waiter, Rich, had incredible recommendations, very knowledgeable, timed everything perfectly, and was so engaging with our group. The food and were outstanding and each bit was better than the next. We friend most appetizers and side dishes for the table. All the cocktails were delicious and for the main course, I had the snapper which was perfection and my husband loved the halibut. Finally, the butter cake was unreal and an absolutely most order. Absolutely would recommend for company dinner, date night, or family dinner.

What an excellent first time at Charley’s steakhouse.
Warm welcome, friendly staff, great ambience, and delicious woody meaty smell wafting through the air.
We had an incredible waiter with an absolutely delicious steak to follow.

Nice old steakhouse feel. Got the ultimate surf and turf for two. Steak was great and cooked properly but the lobster we thought was dry and not very good, didn’t eat it which was unfortunate but didn’t want send it back at the time(which we should have). We definitely didn’t leave hungry.
Our server was good and knowledgeable with the menu. The experience and atmosphere was nice for the occasion but not the value. We go to Fleming’s and Bern’s but this was our first time here. If we come back I think we’ll stick with the steak and skip the seafood.

Amazing service, food and relaxed atmosphere. Charley’s has been a repeat for our anniversary a few times. I really enjoyed the tomahawk wagyu ribeye, one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Very Cozy Atmosphere. Excellent Service. Server made Amazing Recommendations. Best Blueberry Mojito. Steak was tender and flavorful. Mac and Cheese and Salad were very filling. All the food was Fabulous.
