Soho Sushi

My sushi place since I moved in to the Tampa Bay Area 12 years ago. I have probably tried every single sushi in this restaurant. You won’t go wrong with any of them. Make sure you make a reservation before you go, since it is always packed. UPDATE Out last order rice had a weird taste and texture, and fish didn't look fresh. We had never had issues with Soho before. I hope this is an isolated case.

We went to SoHo for an anniversary dinner without reservations. The hostess seated us the bar area, which was quiet and off in a corner. It was perfect. The sushi was amazing. We have had sushi many places, and this place is absolutely the best sushi we have had. All the staff were friendly and professional. The only downside is that the size lot has limited parking.

The food here was okay I have eaten at way better Sushi places in the country. I picked Soho Sushi as it rated high however, I was not impressed. The service was okay nothing special the waitress seemed a bit stressed but was okay. If you do go to Soho Sushi the crispy rice dishes are amazing but the sushi was basic nothing unique or creative about it. This is a nice place to chill get a quick bit but nothing extra about it, I am from Miami so I have been to places that are out of this world, I would not say Soho Sushi is one of those places. Parking is crazy we parked across the street and walked as there is no parking just valet from what we saw.

Best sushi place in Tampa for real! Everything here was amazing from the sushi to the drinks. The fish was fresh and had a nice bite to it. The quality was definitely worth the price. The service was great and the staff was friendly as we tried to decide what to order. Had an awesome meal here last weekend. Sushi was super fresh and our waitress was friendly. Only complaint would be how tightly they seat tables to pack more people in. Felt like cafeteria style seating - we were right in the middle of the conversations happening at the tables beside us. Other than that, would highly recommend!

I am not a sushi lover but my daughter suggested we go here. They have a parking lot but it is small and shared with another restaurant, also there is valet parking. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. There is not much room actually you have to stand in-front if the door. My daughter got sushi, KAT roll. She said overall fresh but could be more flavorful. I got Katsu, is like chicken schnitzel. It was thin and crispy and I like it. There is moderate level of noise and tables and close to each other. They have an open kitchen style. For two we paid around 60$, one beer included.
