Konan's Bbq

It was my first time at Konan and the employees said I would be back. They are right. Food was great. Price is cheaper than any other restaurant. The pineapple sweet tea is a must try. I got a two meat plate with ribs and sausage. Mac and cheese and potato salad. I would recommend ordering ahead if possible.

I always wanted to try them had heard great reviews and me and my wife were not disappointed. Everything was phenomenal I mean from the chicken, ribs, sausage, potatoes salad, Mac n cheese, baked beans, and the greens. Oops almost forgot got the pineapple tea and lemonade is just ridiculously good. I'm so mad that I forgot to take a picture before I started eating, I will definitely be back a lot, me and my wife. Great job pit master, cashier, service crew you all have definitely left an impression on my family in a great way. Thank you thank you thank you.

Visiting Tampa from Columbus, OH, and headed here right off the plane. We were looking for a quick bite to hold us over until dinner... boy were we surprised! The music took me back to when I was a kid, so waiting wasn't a problem. Great service, and the food is amazing. We shared a rib dinner, and still had food left over. Our only problem is that we had to come all the way to Tampa to get good BBQ.

Best bbq meat that I think I’ve ever had… large portion sizes for the price, nice and tender chicken, pork, and sausage. Everything was juicy and flavourful, and the sides are amazing! I got the Taste of Memphis, the Mac and cheese side, and the pineapple sweet tea, all of which are exceptional! It’s also worth mentioning that the everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming… you can’t go wrong stopping in here!!

Best meal in Tampa! I visit Tampa a few times a year and when this place was recommended to me, I couldn’t wait to stop by. I got the two meat plate with ribs, chopped pork, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Added a slice pound cake for dessert. Everything was amazing and the ribs stole the show. The pound cake was the best pound cake I’ve had since I lived in Alabama. Make a point to come here 🔥

Food is so good. Really enjoyed everything from the ribs to the macaroni and cheese. But the highlight was the pineapple ice tea. So delicious. Wish they had bigger sizes. Only downside to this place is the speed of service. Takes a while to get food. A better system is needed for serving and getting orders out.

This establishment is second to none. The consistency on the food is the most important to me. The meat is always tender, and the sides are impeccable. The employees are very nice and respectful. I chose four on the service because the lines are so long, I think maybe two registers or less conversations at the register could move lines faster; nevertheless, I travel from east Tampa to enjoy the food.

I utilized Konan's to cater my family reunion picnic this month. Amazing food and service! Food was delivered to park hot and fresh and on time. My ordered was prepared exactly how I requested. We ordered ribs, chicken, mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn on cob. Meat was tender, falling off the bones! Portions were plentiful and price was more than fair. Eric kept telling me "I got u" every time I called about my order...and they absolutely had me! Everything was wonderful and my family thoroughly enjoyed food. I love that they were willing to customize my order to meet our needs. The owner actually made the delivery and set it up for me at park. It was great.
