Cracker Barrel

Went to eat here by myself, which is something I don’t do often but I needed it this time. Thankfully my server, Emma, made it 10x better. She was very helpful in making the right choice of my meal and was very attentive the whole time. I’ll probably come back and request her for next time bc of how awesome she was.

My sister and I went to Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving. We are not aware that they only had a limited menu and our server was not at all accommodating. Garrett. Very condescending. The manager apparently saw the look on my face and approached. We explain to him the situation and he sincerely apologized and immediately got us a different server. He corrected or drink order and checked on us several times. He did not make any excuses he simply stated that everything we had experienced was un acceptable and not in line with Cracker Barrel philosophies or policies. He made us feel like he actually cared about our circumstance and situation. We ordered off the limited menu as were required but as we finished our meal he brought out two pieces of grilled catfish to go and slid it over to us with a wink and said again how sorry he was and hoped that we would be back tomorrow. We didn’t go back the next day but if it were not for him we probably never would’ve gone back. We do not remember his name but he was a tall drink of water w dimples. Cracker Barrel should be a little more selective with the servers they hire.

Fantastic food, I always enjoy going to the Cracker Barrel off of Bruce B Downs.. The staff there, have good customer service skills.. Nov. 20, 2023- I went again to Cracker Barrel, the food was still delicious.. I had the Fried Catfish with collard greens, corn, and cornbread.. Our waiter had just started but was warm, courteous, attentive with excellent customer service skills.. I still appreciate the warmth we were met with as well as the delicious food..

This has got to be one of the best cracker barrels that I have eaten at. I travel alot and frequent cracker barrel a few times a week and this morning I had the best breakfast there. Biscuit Benny with hashbrown casserole and grits. Everything was incredible and they kept the place running like a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work. 👍 great service, food and atmosphere.

Wonderful food at a reasonable price. Atmosphere is exceptional, especially when you are sitting you elders, they remember everything on the walls. The gift shop isn't outrageous, especially for some of the unique things you find, however the toys are very overpriced. NEVER had a bad experience with a server. And thank you for letting the elder in our group sit in front of the fire. Although she couldn't see it, it's warmth brought the image clearly into mind.

The first few times my family and I went to this location, the food and service were not great at all. My 85 year old grandmother loves this place, so it is a regular request of hers and near her home. I continue to go back for her, and thankfully, the last 2 visits have been much better. The service has been much better, and the food has been a bit fresher in taste as well. She and my kids love the shop.

Buffalo Buttermilk Ranch Mac N' Cheese Flavor - 9/10 Quality - 5/10 Value - 8/10 Service - 7/10 Girl date with my ma ❤️ Soooooooo.... Kudos to the hostess! She sold me on this before I even sat down. It's like two of my favorite things rolled into one! The flavor was great on the chicken, the sauce, and the mac and cheese. There were some slightly chewy parts of the chicken that implied they were previously frozen. I'm kind of particular about that 🤢 so that is the only reason quality was a 5. Service was super friendly but it felt like it took forever to get a water refill (only one and it was at the end of the meal), and I had to go in to get the bill because I was tired of waiting. Other than that 👍🏻👍🏻.

On Sunday, we woke up late in the morning and for quick breakfast we decided to visit Cracker Barrel Old Country for breakfast. It is an amazing restaurant with beautiful decor and amazing service plus food. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted at the front check-in and then seated on our tables. We were soon greeted by our server Greta with menus and water. After browsing through the menus we first started our order with Tea and Coffee. For breakfast we ordered Grandma's Sampler along with Smoky Grilled Chicken Breast. Soon we got our Tea and Coffee. Coffee was hot and freshly roasted. Tea was also good and hot. Soon we got our breakfast also which was Grandma's Sampler and Smoky Grilled Chicken Breast. The Grandma's Sampler was delicious and the portions was also amazing. Really loved the sampler. Then we had smoky grilled chicken breast. The chicken was cooked with good amount of spices and it was tasty and finger licking. Amazing chicken breast. I recommend you to definitely try Smoky Grilled Chicken breast. Amazing place to have delicious breakfast.

I haven't been to a cracker barrel to eat in so long, I couldn't really remember if it was good or not. The store they have is very eye catching, lots of pretty things that pop out and make you wanna walk around and look at each thing. The staff here was very sweet, energetic, and helpful. They made the experience better. The food was really good, very hot & tasty. I loved the dill ranch that came with the chicken tenders. They have so many different options to choose from. I really enjoyed their new fruit stand tea as well. I wanna go back and see what their meatloaf tastes like next time. Thank you for the lovely lunch.
