Wood Fired Pizza Wine Bar

Incredible place! Lira, our server waited on us and provided impeccable service. Started with a sampling of wines from their huge beer and wine selection. The pizza is made in a wood burning oven and tastes like no other. Paired it with a tasty salad. Many dessert choices- tried Nonnas cannoli which was a fantastic choice. Highly recommend this neighborhood spot for a fine meal!!

We went for my 6yo's birthday. Lyra and Blaine provided excellent service and offered input to help us order. The flavor of the food was AMAZING!! Aromatic and Savory. We ordered two items and then proceeded to order more: meatballs, wings, artichoke dip, and a very large pizza. You can tell Wood Fired Pizza and Wine Bar cares about the food quality, flavor, and experience of their guests (of all ages.) The atmosphere was quiet, family friendly, and relaxed. I'd come back for dinner any day of the week.

My wife and I were in the mood for pizza, and luckily it was a Friday night. We decided to order from Wood Fired Pizza Wine Bar. I called the restaurant and ordered a Medium Bianca, a Small Pesto Pie, and a Root Beer. I received a notification that my order was ready after just 15 minutes, so I promptly went to pick up the pizza. Upon arrival, I noticed that the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, complete with a bar serving a variety of drinks. The pizza we had was truly enjoyable. The crust was crispy and perfectly cooked, with delicious ingredients. It added a lot of flavor to our Friday night meal.

By far my favorite pizza place ever, having grown up in Florida, nothing comes close. Crunchy, chewy, thin crust with a nuanced balance of toppings. Someone told me they adapted a New York style dough to handle the Florida humidity, or something like that, so it's definitely unique and can't be compared to other pizza places. Has an 8.1+ rating on the one bite app last I checked, which is the highest I've seen in all of Tampa. Just make sure to check their hours, and if you call in an order it's usually ready in about 10 min since the crust is thin and the wood fired oven is HOT.
