Have to hand it to the early a.m. employees at this location—They handled super long lines of anxious bar-exam-takers starting at 6:30 a.m. both mornings (7/26 and 7/27). Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but the young man preparing the drinks and both young women at the register (a short haired blonde and a brunette) all handled things very efficiently and it was much appreciated by all the exam-takers trying to get their morning caffeine fix.

Super convenient location! You can use the front door if you're walking near the wharf or a side door from inside the Embassy Suites. Outdoor seating is available but not a lot of space inside. Great service, pastries, cupcakes, and other yummy items are available to accompany your beverage of the moment. ☕ Cheerful and polite service! ☺️

This is a very small downtown Starbucks in an Embassy Suites lobby. Not really a place to stay and get work done, and no drive thru. But there is a public entrance (you don't need to go into the hotel), and an easy way to park outside the door and run in and out with a cup. I have to say, I stopped in today and received really good, personal service from the barista. He was so friendly, and had plenty of recommendations. I tried a Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew for the first time. That thing was like liquid gold! Well done barista!

Hands down best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The people behind the counter were super attentive and fun to talk to. I ordered an iced mocha and then afterwards told my friend that I should have gotten it frozen, the people behind the counter over heard me and made me a frozen mocha (after already making the iced one) so I left with two drinks. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

Greeting staff when you come in. Make extra sure they take your order correctly. They seemed like a good crew. If someone was unsure of something someone else would jump right into help in a way to show them in an personal way. Plus they all seemed to enjoy working with each other which translates to happy customers
