I had an issue with a large, scheduled Doordash delivery not arriving, and they saved the day on Christmas eve even though the problem was no fault of their own and they were supposed to be closed. The food is always delicious and the owner and her son are such nice people.

If you want to be the hero of your next gathering, order an Empanada Party Platter. They come with 25 of the best mini empanadas you'll ever eat. There are many different flavors to choose from. I called ahead to order the day before, and they were ready when I walked in the door. Of course, I got a full-size one for the ride home.

Cannot go wrong with any of the empanada options here - this place was busy and they were the main reason. The buffalo chicken and blue cheese was our top. They even offer mini empanadas as well. With service being busy, it took a while to get orders but when they come out fresh as they do, it is understandable. Store itself is relatively spacious and accessible, with a few tables that can accommodate 4-5 people. Parking can be a bit tough depending on time of day as it's part of a busy plaza.

My boyfriend took me to Mr.Empanada today because he said they have the best deviled crab and he was right. Their deviled crab is the best I had. We also tried beef and cheese empanada and crab empanada and they were also super delicious!! + Very friendly staff... We love Mr.Empanada on Kennedy!!! Thank you<3

Great food fast, the fries were hot, plentiful, & just the right crunchiness. The empanadas were hot, crispy, & flavorful. And the best part was the price was right, definitely recommend.

This place is amazinnnnng! The staff has always been polite and enthusiastic when you walk in. I waited maybe 5 minutes or less but even with a small wait was thanked for being patient. Thank you for providing great customer service and tasty food!
