Always a great experience and especially on this Christmas evening with a party of 13. Seated right on time and off in a corner that felt like our own private party. Everyone's meal was perfect, and the waitress Alexis was keeping our glasses and bread basket full. It's our annual tradition for the last year's. Thank you Carrabba's Carrollwood for a great dinner.

Food was very good, the deep fried calamari was perfect, the (burrata)=like a very soft mozzarella cheese, with tomatoes covered in aged balsamic vinegar was really good, very good bread and a good olive oil, really tasty, the 100 points to the Waitress. Just they should improve the atmosphere, but was good enough and comfortable enough. I will be back Carrabbas, good job, very, very good Chef 👨‍🍳.

I had the pleasure of dining at Carrabba's recently, and I must say, Jordan, our server, elevated the entire experience to a level of excellence that left me truly impressed. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, my expectations for service are quite high, but Jordan exceeded them in every way possible. From the moment we sat down, Jordan's attention to detail was impeccable. Our drinks were always full, and she anticipated our needs with grace and professionalism. The appetizers, particularly the sampler platter, arrived promptly and were a delightful start to our meal. The calamari, in particular, was a masterpiece of crispy perfection. For my entrée, I chose my personal favorite, the Chicken Bryan, and I was not disappointed. It was cooked to perfection, with flavors that danced on my palate. Jordan's recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu was truly impressive. Throughout the entire meal, Jordan's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like valued guests. Her passion for providing exceptional service shone brightly, and it was evident that she takes immense pride in her work. In summary, I cannot recommend Jordan enough for her outstanding service. Our dining experience was made all the more memorable thanks to her attentive care and expertise. Carrabba's is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented server on their team.
