I had the shrimp bowl one day and the flautas another time. Both meals were amazing. The shrimp bowl was lighter and had amazing flavors. The flautas were amazing as well. The chips were great with the queso. I loved everything about this place. I was very surprised both times I was there it wasn’t busy. The food was top notch. I will be back next time I’m in Tampa.

Listen. I've been going to this location for about a year now. Always great food and staff. I have my food quickly and exactly how I order it. Always clean and welcoming. If you need some good tex mex and you're in the area. Come here. Trust.

Fairly consistent food around lunch time. Had a variety of their menu and it's your average tex mex. Not a 5 star but still better than a 4 imo. Their new chimichanga was one of the best I've ever had surprisingly but wished it was bigger. Pricing is competitive but still is higher than some local authentic places. Try the cookie dough flautas. The hot sauces are good too. Not sure if they still have it but get the Bee Sting mango habanero sauce if you can.

Everything’s consistent. The people are genuinely friendly, love the food, the atmosphere, probably the most frequently visited restaurants I go to. Usually with a group or a business meeting! We always know we’re going to get the best food in the best service every time!

Far better than Chipotle or Moe's, anyone that says different probably swallows their food whole and doesn't taste it. The Hot Bar here sucks compared to other locations only 1 Ultra Hot, Hot sauce, and it was empty so that sucks because when they have 1-4 of the great Spicy sauces this place is a 10 for finding the right sauce from sweet to make you sweat. So they failed at that, hence the 4 in service in lue of 5.

As always, love the food.
Service is a little hit-or-miss... The hot sauce bar needs a little help. The ones I wanted to try were out and after mentioning it to the girl behind the counter she indicated they'd be refilled, but alas, it didn't happen while I was still there.
But still - Always a good overall experience at The Flats.

I really like TF. It’s always fresh, and the portions are huge. Certainly fills a void for Burritos in Tampa.
