Mcdonald's

I have never witnessed a McDonald's staff so nice. A customer spilled his coffee at his table and wasn't bothered by it. The young lady came to the dining room and moved the man to another table, got him another coffee, and got a co worker to come out and clean up the coffee. She was so kind and attentive. The customer was very grateful.

National French Fry day was great! The fries were not fresh, but I'm rating a perfect score because their level of service was very professional and kind. I usually get the freshest fries here too so I happily ate my meal. The staff work very well together, which you don't often see at fast food joints! Uodate: came back some time later for a filet o fish meal and was not dissatisfied! Similar levels of service and perfect food order!

Food was good, on point McD’s taste. The drive thru window employees have no personality whatsoever. Smile, say hello, blink, do something!! This is my overall issue with this McDonald’s. Say hello, or smile. It doesn’t take a lot of effort - AND GIVE ME SOME MORE NAPKINS!! Most of the time, I get one or two. That doesn’t cut it.

This was the best experience I've had at McDonald's in a very long time the employees were professional. They were courteous, and they even thanked me and wished me a good day when I left the drive-through window. This is in complete contrast to the location that is at the end of my street. This location the one closest to me is terrible. Employees won't even speak to you. They're frequently on their cell phones texting and they're just downright rude. I know this one near me is a Caspers location. I'm not sure if the one that I went to on Kennedy Boulevard is also a Caspers, but they need to do something about the one on Southdale Maybry and Kensington Avenue.

I come here regularly with my young children. This McDonald's is consistently exceptionally clean, the staff are always pleasant (and it's the same people working time and again), and the food always seems to come out freshly prepared. I do not post reviews often, and probably have never posted about a fast food restaurant, but in a world where so many places seem to offer a lousy and/or disgusting experience these days, this place really shines and deserves recognition for a job consistently well done.
