Batista doing drinks made my coconut milk latte with regular milk, I'm allergic! When asked to redo it, she argued, then threw things around. Poor attitude. The rest of the staff do great! Disappointed. 7/28/22 (update) Although a busy Starbucks, the staff has really been on point. Drive through moves quickly and efficiently! 10/4/22 (update) They are busy but things run smoothly!

Spent about an hour working with the staff outside trying to save a tiny kitten that was hiding in people’s engines. The problem solving, teamwork, and the determination to save that lil guy was honestly impressive, using everything from mother-cat-sounds videos, meat, and water to try to lure him out. They all seemed like genuinely good people trying to save a helpless little kitten. I’m sure the quality of the people results in great quality customer service as well. Oh and the coffee was perfect too!
