I did reach out to jim one of the owners for a minor issue that he was extremely eager and excited to take care of for me with my order. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was fixed and that i was a happy customer. For that i give 5 stars great food great customer service and the manager jim is very professional as well.

So this was my 1st time visiting since they got a new owner. I was blown away that a single slice of pizza was $4.81 but OMG this is the closest to true NY pizza i have had in Florida, great flavour crust, perfectly done crispy bottom.... 10/10 will go back again...

Their pizza is really freaking good and the service was great too. They have a wonderful topping selection and you won't find a better pie anywhere else.

The best pizza we ever had in Tampa!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!
You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store.

The old man retired and sold the business. Food still good and the place is getting ready for a remodel. Hopefully it retains its old character, atmosphere and quality it was built on.

The best pizza I've had in all of Tampa. Their food was DELICIOUS!! I've tried cheese pizza, french fries, garlic knots and they all were SO TASTY!! As for employees they were so polite and friendly. The foods were reasonably priced. I'm planning to go there again some time soon!!!

While on vacation in Tampa, I tried to find a good pizza joint. This place does not disappoint. The atmosphere, the look and feel is great! The pizza is amazing! If/when I come back to the area, and I want pizza, I'm coming here again!

Been to this particular store a few times since it was West shore Pizza. The food is really good but there seems to be a difference between either what's used or how it is fixed. The philly steak and cheese were incredible and cheesy as West shore. This time we ordered with extra meat and extra cheese and it didn't seem any different than the normal philly. I will try again, I just was hoping it would be better. Otherwise, the place wasn't crowded, they have games and racing on multiple tvs, super chill atmosphere and the employees are all super friendly.

Formerly known as westshore Pizza has a new name Big G. Philly cheesesteak the green peppers mushrooms and onions was off the chain flavor was spot on and the chicken salad was awesome as well. Great service and great price.
