Went to the chekers on SR 54 thru the drive thru and placed my order for chicken tenders fries mozzarella sticks coke and almost home looked inside and NO CHICKEN TENDERS. I go to this location 6-8 times a week went back and wanted to charge me again. Showed my receipt but they did NOTHING... To many other places to eat no longer going there

Person working at the checkers are 3009 W Vine St Kissimmee was not the smartest one in the bunch. Ordered a small hamburger she did not know what that was . So i ordered a Cheese Burger with no cheese. What i got was apiece of meat with cheese on it. Ordered large fry. No fries. So when to put in a review at the company website. Seems this Checkers leaves the Store # off the receipts.

Emillo at your Ruskin/sun center city location needs some recognition. As does his trainer! Have had several issues in the past but this young man and his trainer are getting it done right. Sorry I do not have her (trainer)name. For being with the company for such a short time, I'm amazed by his work ethic. I also have seen him named specifically on our neighborhood pages. Great work!!

On 6/12/21, I visited the Downtown Fort Wayne, IN Rally's location. During my visit, I observed an Associate committing several violations of Food Health & Safety Standards. I contacted Customer Relations and filed a complaint on the same date. I was informed a member of Management would be contacting me to discuss this matter. On 6/15/21, I called Customer Relations and informed them I had not received contact from Management. To date, Management has neglected to communicate with me regarding this important matter.

This chain has one stand alone location in my area. Spring Lake, NC. It has been surviving there for years. The store could use an update. The fries are usually good. My fish sandwich order was missing the extra tomato I was charged for. The finish of the Sandwich needs work. Fish patties were a bit dried and rubbery. Lettuce was old. The medium sprite was carbonated well and taste good. This location has a lot of potential to be A-1 / Grade-A but it's not. Since there isn't a 2.5 star I'll give it 3 Stars. Would love to visit another location to see how it compares.

Paid at 1020pm. Pulled up to hear the two girls discussing my order on what was right. Which the girl who took my order should have had it right. Waited 10 mins for fresh food. Get home my order was wrong. Drove back, waited in line again. To get my order with out then offering to compensate me for my inconvenience,got home to sitdown and eat. All with in an hour. Got home to eat cold fries. Better service at Mc Donalds
