In my opinion, this is the best Steak n Shake in Tampa. They strive to provide a quality meal and get you through the drive through very quickly. Staff is always super friendly!

I always have a good experience at steak and shake. I sit down to relax which I enjoy. It's peaceful inside. Everyone goes thru the drive thru.

Food was good, restaurant was clean and the wait was brief. Preston and Mike are the best; they had great customer service and moved the line with efficiency.

Easy kiosk ordering. Food was made fresh and pretty quick. Inside was pretty much empty, so it was quite and plenty of seating.

We used the drive-through, and the lady who took our order was downright wonderful. I wish more people like her would work at more drive-thrus across out town. It would make all our experiences so much better. I wich I knew her name, she deserves a raise.

I don't like the area of steak and shake, but the food is very, very good. It's just the part of town where it sits.

Went mid day. Would have been empty had the service been speedy. Instead a bunch of people waiting for to go orders. Perhaps understaffed but seemed like there were enough kitchen staff.
Strawberry shake was tasty though.

There was a young man with braces working and his service was amazing! Smile on his face the whole time and so nice! You don't run into many happy workers much anymore so it's a breath of fresh air when you do!!!

Good food, fast service, and not price gouging you for your last dollar like some other fastfood chains that think there serving gold. Locally owned and operated where can you go wrong

This Steak ‘n Shake has been my go to restaurant for so many years. So many memories here lol. Friendly staff. Fodelene is a sweet and helpful employee!!!!
