Wendy's

RAW HAMBURGER. Had already gotten home by the time we realized the food was inedible and wasn’t driving all the way back there, instead called the number on the receipt (numerous times now) but no answer. Left detailed feedback at “Talk to Wendy’s.com,” yet never heard from them despite my request that they follow up with me. Simply put, the entire meal was poor and the RAW hamburger inedible. I feel I should have received a refund for the burger if nothing else and at a bare minimum, a return phone call. Unacceptable on every level —food to lack of customer service.

Service was great, food was consistent, carpet was so gross that my shoes stuck to it. OMG, you had two years of COVID to do something about these nasty carpets and you did NOTHING. The dining room stinks like wet dog and mildew, I bet your employees have higher than normal respiratory issues. I hope they sue. Even the bare concrete under this gigantic petri dish would be an improvement.

Went here earlier this afternoon. The woman working The drive-through with Pink (and red i believe..) nails handled my transaction. I was tired and accidentally handed her too much money in cash, and she gave me back the change when she could’ve just kept it. I hope the store manager sees this review and rewards her for her honesty. Had OK food from here before, but the service was inspiring today.

They asked to take my order, and then told me they were closing early before I could actually order... And the store was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. Manager tried saying they were short-staffed, but there was absolutely nobody else there ordering. Plus, they might as well put up a CASH ONLY sign, because they don’t take cards most days. It legitimately looks like they had to pay off people for any good ratings too LOL Owners need to do something about this one.

Food is just okay, the quality of it varies greatly too. Also feels a little too expensive for the quality. Would NOT recommend eating in as the dining area is often dirty, there's no music laying so all you hear is the buzz of the air conditioning and bustle in the kitchen, and the inside has an all around unpleasant vibe.

The automatic voice at the drive- thru was so nice, I was thrilled, thinking it was going to be a pleasant stop. Wrong! The real voice was clipped and rude. The order was for a number 10. They took our money and gave us our drink and then directed us to wait at the stop sign at the end of the drive. We waited 15 minutes for someone to bring the food out before doing what everyone else was doing... walking in to get your drive- thru food. We could see there were plenty of people working so I'm not sure what the issue was but the food wasn't hot when we got it either. We won't stop here again.
