Vittoria's Pizza

I would rate this place less than a star if possible, but unfortunately I am limited to one star. I placed my order through Grub Hub with no issues. I was told it would be an hour and a half which I didn't mind waiting for. 20 minutes past deadline I called GrubHub to figure out why there was such a delay. He had informed me that some of the items on my order took longer to cook. Reasonable excuse, I suppose. I then got a phone call from Vittoria's and they told me the driver's car had broken down and that's why my delivery was late. Not only that, but it was going to be an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes. Already pretty annoyed at this point, I waited until my delivery finally showed up. I come to find out from the driver that they had forgotten the drink. I don't understand how someone didn't even at least TELL me in the 3 phone calls which had gone on that that was going to happen. At this point I was FURIOUS, took the pizza, which I had spent 90 dollars on, and sat down to eat with my family. I picked up a slice, and the entire thing fell apart in my hands. Don't order from this horrible, horrible place. There are so many other options in the area that make a better pizza for less money and they don't take 3 hours to arrive. TL;DR I spent 90 dollars on DiGiorno.

This place literally deserves Zero stars but apparently I have to put one in to post my review. We called A DAY EARLY to schedule a delivery for noon the next day. Day of delivery, they call at about 10:30 to say they are going to be running 3 hours late. Cut to 3 hours later, no delivery has shown up, so we call to check on our order, and at this time they decide to tell me the order was cancelled and no one is coming. This was for an office lunch, so I can safely say after 10 people sitting around waiting for food that they never planned to send, I would never recommend even considering ordering from this terrible place.

My night started off at 10:05pm. I order a salad from there through grub hub. Ok great done. Said it would take till 11:50 pm 13.50 delivery fee on a 6.99 item. Ok whatever im hungry i will deal 11:50 rolls around nothing. Said it was delivered. Lmao nope called company 5 times no response. This is 3rd time ordering did not have issues this bad before accept someone from the company calling me asking me for sex because i work in a adult club. I told them to stop harassing me. So to continue i went over to the business address on Howard these people are closed. Like are you kidding me. Here its almost 1 am at this point long story do not ever order from here now i have to fight to get 15 50 back . Shittest company ever!!!

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a specialty pizza for delivery, half meat, half vegetable. Immediately after consuming, my roommates (2) felt ill, while in the morning I ate a slice and less than five minutes later, I threw up. I called to complain and the manager argued with me and said I was money hungry and had to go get a doctor's note for a refund. When I told him I had a good lawyer (which I do) and I buy specialty pizzas from around the Tampa area all the time so it's not about price, he said no one would treat me or write a note. I've saved a slice and am going to a doctor. He hung up on me, and refused to answer my calls. I just don't want anyone else to get ill, please don't support this nasty man. He is sincerely bitter and defensive.

Horrible. It was more than an hour late. The driver was lost talking on his phone and made me walk outside and to his car to get my food. The person that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and kept telling me they were busy. Don't get food from here it will be extremely late, wrong, cold and very unpleasant. Especially from a place that charges so much. Either order from a place you know will be prompt and correct or just cook something at home. This is a horrible place.

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I have NEVER been treated that way before, not exaggerating. The man I spoke with was completely rude and spent the whole time taking over me. When I told him he was being rather rude, he bloody hung up on me! I didn't do anything wrong, ESPECIALLY nothing to merit that kind of treatment! Do yourself a favor and get food elsewhere, there are PLENTY of options in the area.

Yea I tried just searching for a pizza delivery and ran across this one tried calling checking on deals and was told ordering done online there are menus in black and white. I dont want to sit here and check out a menu I want a live person to tell me the deal on two pizzas and possibly some garlic knots. After getting off the phone I recieved several texts on how I should order off grub hub and how I shouldnt have even called and that I was rude. Im sorry for the incovience of not being fat and lazy having nothing better to do than sit and browse the net. Ive walked all around tampa today well minus the hours I was on the bus dont feel like cooking and dont feel like spending time online. Then as im going to leave a review the past reviews ive seen are hilarious and speak for the guys attitude I wouldnt call this business or even go in.
