Boston Market

It was okay instead of refilling a particular food that was pretty empty. They scraped the leavings and gave them to me. On the plus they quickly replaced it after. It's 86 degrees out and it was pretty warm inside the management needs to not be stingy. Place looks clean even bathrooms and staff is nice.

Today was our first time to eat here. It was my mom, my 11 month old son, and myself. We walked in not familiar with menu, and the staff was quick to greet, and very helpful while ordering. They offered a balloon to my son, and carried our food to help us get situated. The staff was amazing and I was totally surprised by the five star service we were given. It's nice to be treated so wonderful without having to pay a ton of money. Thank you to the entire staff.. you really turned an awful morning into a great one. P.S. The food was awesome. Home cooked meal and healthy.. wow!

I Faithfully eat at Boston Market several times a month , I absolutely love their food. I have been back to this location three times in the past 6 months and every time the chicken has been super dry and all the sides we're sitting out for long periods of time and we're not fresh. I told the manager about my problem today and all she said was sorry , she didn't offer to replace my meal or offer to do anything. This location is a joke and I will not be returning

Not impressed. Food was ok but I almost walked out when woman preparing my chicken dropped the metal pieces that help remove the pole from rotisserie, fell on the floor and she used it anyway to grab the pole from rotisserie. Didnt feel like she wanted to be there. Customer service is very important to me. Do better Boston Market.

I dont write reviews often but the consistency of the great food and service Iv received here has compelled me.Their food is as fast if not faster than any fast food place but it doesnt taste like fast food. Its a real dinner and everytime Iv gone there the quality has exceeded my expectations. Also, the place is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Its nice to see people who seem genuinely happy to see U at the end of the day. They are also pretty good at remembering people ( they always recognize my son) and make your experience more personable. Its a great place to pick up a good meal when U want a real dinner and dont wanna go sit in a restaurant or are too tired to cook it yourself and/or dont wanna deal with cleaning the dishes. The price is also good especially when they have BOGO coupons like I used tonight. I definitely recommend this Boston Market and my personal choice of favorite meal is the perfectly cooked half chicken ( I like the leftovers for the next day), my brother likes the chicken with the parm sauce, and my son favors the meatloaf. The sides are hard to pick a favorite because everything Iv tried is good and fresh.The sweet cornbread muffin is like a tasty little dessert U wanna save for the end of your meal to savor it. Its definitely worth trying if U havent ate here before. ( Sorry no pic. I ate my food before I wrote my review and now its not picture worthy. I made a mess out of my chicken)
