Big Apple Pizzeria

Every pizza can be judged by the crust to cheese to sauce ratio, and the quality of each of these components. Not really sure where Big Apple Pizzeria lies in terms of quality, the pizza didn't taste extraordinary, just average. The crust was very good, not too crunchy or soggy and the perfect flavor. On the other hand, the cheese and sauce were whatever. The ratios were all off on the cheese slices we had. It had alot of cheese, but very little sauce. Some people like alot of cheese; I don't know why because it takes away from the flavors of the pizza. For me, it was too much, and I couldn't taste any sweetness or tanginess. All I tasted was a ton of cheese and some dry crust. The slice lacked flavor, this place needs to cut back on the cheese and add more sauce so you taste the sauce component. Three stars because it was just average and each slice was $2.50.

The pizza was alright idk what kinda sausage they use but that wasn’t it, the pizza was mad thick with some thick cheap pizza cheese On it and oh yea did I forget to mention the lack of sauce yu can’t call ya self big Apple Pizza and b seriously serving people trash this is not ny pizza change ya name it’s a Disgrace to New York
