They are slow as hell. The employees at the Juice Factory talk to each other and have fun instead of working & getting their customers their orders. I waited for an hour just for a glass of juice. They Waste your time

Best place for fresh, healthy juices and smoothies in Troy!! We've tried some other local places but Juice Factory is by FAR the best. The shop is beautiful, lots of creative options -fruits, veggies, protein, oats etc. Its a must try!!!

Go to juice factory when you have nothing else to do during the day coz they will make you wait all day to make just 1 salad. Better to go somewhere else. Customer service sucks.

Waiting 50 minutes for two smoothies is insane. The smoothies are good, but just make sure you have nothing to do that day.

I love supporting small businesses. The food was delicious! The prices are not the same as online. The salad was very fulfilling. The Allison wonderland is now called the red Viagra which is heavily flavored in beets (dirt tasting). The sweet sunshine had a heavy flavor of ginger which was not in the menu yet. The sandwich tasted very fresh. Too hungry to take pics of the salad and sandwich.
