Mcdonald's

Ordered a latte and they said the machine was broken after taking my money. They tried to substitute a regular black coffee for the same price. The manager got mad and irritated that we asked for a refund of the difference. After huffing and slamming things around she did it, but wouldn’t hardly acknowledge us. The hash brown was also cold. Terrible service.

Had a very bad experience while dropping my son back off at Troy University. This unprofessional, poor excuse for an employee, who refused to get off of her phone the whole time, (even discussed our interaction with whoever was on the phone), didn't take my order correctly, and then tried to get me to return to the back of an atrocious long line just to get the drink I originally ordered with my combo. Not to mention she could win a Danny Glover lookalike contest, but to be ugly INSIDE AND OUT......to have a bad job AND be bad at your job..... I had to think for a moment. My conclusion: I actually feel sorry for lil Danny Glover.

We went through the drive thur on June 18 & ordered our food. We messed up & tried to change it. The woman taking our order left her mic on & we could hear everything she was saying. She then yelled for a manager & told her “these people don’t know how to order”. We get to the second window to pay ask to speak to the manager about what was said & she gets a attitude with us & slams the window in our face. After she told us we was rude!

Drive thru lady this morning on 4-21-2022 was extremely rude! She was mad at me though she kept getting my order wrong. If you can’t listen and take a simple orders and hate working or talking to ppl…quit. It’s that simple. Don’t get mad at me, be rude and yell at me!! Especially when I was trying to be nice and even said “thank you have a nice day”. Though you said nothing back. Please fire ppl like this! Hire quality not quantity. These are the ppl that probably cry that customers are the rude one. Definitely not the case here. Will never use this Mc D’s again and will tell others not to as well.

Would really like to give 5 stars, but we were unable to even place an order. Went inside the restaurant so the grandkids could use the restroom. Waited at the counter for about 12-15 minutes and no one would come over and take our order. Several people looked at our party of 6, but that is as far as we got.
