This place got better over the years. I've been coming to this location since I was little and saw it evolve.
The inside of this McDonalds is very clean. Service was fast and friendly. Eating there with my son was also really comfy and the A.C. was on keeping the place cool.

I think either the people taking our orders are overwhelmed or might need more training (or sleep). The guy who took our order actually yawned while taking our order. And then when I paid, I ended up paying for the wrong order. Apparently the guy never even took our order! He said it isn't even in the system. So after about 10 minutes of having to refund me for paying for someone else's order, and then having to re-enter my order from scratch, it was fixed. I don't usually have issues but today I did. Hopefully McDonald's can fix this.

My grandson loves the chicken nugget kids meal the workers are so friendly and always ask if I need anything else thank you McDonald's,

They didn't give me a receipt at the first window, got my order wrong and wouldn't fix it without a reciept so I held up the drive through for 15 min until they made it right.

I'm deathly allergic to cheese I ordered no cheese but they put it on anyway how to throw it out I didn't discover until I got all the way back to work

Lisma and her team is the best! Our kid wants to have a very simple bday celebration in preschool. Because of Covid, food needs to be individually packed. Lisma was very nice in accommodating our request without hesitation. As a matter of fact, she went the extra mile and made sure that our orders were ready by pick up time. At first, we were hesitant after reaching out to another location, and was declined. But Lisma was very nice to talk to us right there and then. Because of what she did, the party went smoothly and the kids had fun. Thank you Lisma and team Mcdo Springs Rd Vallejo! You guys are the best!

Ordered food ask for a 20 piece chicken nuggets to be made fresh got home to find out very disappointed there are still cold and hard as a rock tried to call up the McDonald’s but they do not answer for nothing ordered a Mc double end it is so cold McDonald’s get it right can’t call to complain because they won’t answer and it’s not worth it to go back very upset

The lady working the window where you pick up your food was rude. We checked our bags to make sure everything was inside and when we noticed 2 sandwiches were missing, she had an attitude when it was brought to her attention. When giving the receipt to her for proof, she snatched it.
