Cafe Yumm!

This has been one of my favorite places to go. I like the bowls here. They’re very tasty; however, multiple times when I have added chicken to the bowl,they charge me for the addition without actually adding the chicken. I don’t notice until I get home (half hour away), which requires another drive in to get it replaced. I’d recommend taking the lid off your orders before leaving the drive thru to check you’re getting what you paid for.

Their barbecue tofu skewers are off the chain!, I already can't wait to go back to enjoy some more. Their Jazzy & Smoky yum bowls were a delicious & healthy option for my husband & I who refused to cook dinner yesterday evening. Most fast food is so lackluster or terribly unhealthy, & we both felt super satisfied after our meals. As I transition to a vegetarian, I'm glad places like this exist!

I wish i could have added chicken to my bowl. Also the yumm sauce isn't for me. Overall it did feel a little expensive for just rice, cheese, avocado and olives but it tasted great and I'd eat it again without the sauce. Kids chicken and rice was the real winner though. Bonus if it had a vegetable. I guess I'm saying this place is ok but it could be better.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile now, let me just say first off.. not worth it. For $10.5 you get a large vegetarian yummi bowl with wayyy to much yummi sauce which was not yummi.. Second the price is ridiculous, for $7.25 you can buy a way better chipotle Veggy bowl that doesn't have that bitter weird tasting sauce. The large bowl is half the size of chipotles standard bowl. Overall will probably never come back here, I respect healthy alternatives to burgers and greasy food, but this is not a good option.

So I've been going to this place for two years. I probably visit once or twice every couple of weeks maybe? Every single time, I have a problem. I’m always hopeful that they’re going to go fix it the next time I go, but they don’t. Anytime I make an order I make sure to clearly specify to please, for example, add amino acids or both chicken and tofu. Every single time I get charged for those extra things that I add to my order. Once I receive my order, I I check it and I don’t have the right item. The first few times they go to fix it of course. It’s gotten to the point where they have made so many mistakes and I’m tired of asking them to fix it. I have no time in my schedule to pull off to the side and check my order just to go back into the store and tell them to fix it. Or to at least give me the items that I had paid for when I initially made my order. It’s unfortunate that as a customer, my requests and needs are not being met and whether or not it’s intentional, I do not feel respected with what I want to eat from their establishment. I get 10 times better customer service on 192nd. I will no longer be going to this establishment because I never have my order right. I now drive an extra 15 to 25 miles to get to the café Yum on 192nd because I know they will get it right every single time. Without fail. I am really really disappointed in this place.
