3 Monkeys Pub

Came here for an event with a large group (40+) and this bar performed well. The staff was super friendly and worked hard to service all patrons. The food was delicious bar food. We had a patty melt, soft pretzel with cheese and chicken strips. The tots were better than the fries imho. The beer was good and very friendly service. Thanks 3 monkeys I am sure we will be back.

Our server was wonderful, but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say. The food was REALLY bad, my drink tasted weird, and it was REALLY expensive. Not to mention it smelled/looked dirty, and the floors need to be completely replaced. It's unfortunate because we won't be going back, and it's a place we've gone for years. The owner should seriously reevaluate their business practices, or close all together. We gave the review a 2 because our server was great, other than that it would have been a 0.

I love this bar however tonight I believe I was overcharged. I got two crown and cokes (drinks) for me and the person I was with, then I got 4 shots of fireball (entirely) The first round, she stated it would be $25 and some change for the coke and rum and 2 shots of fireball. I only got 2 of those 2 cokes and rum, and 4 shots of fireball. If one of the drinks and 2 shots totaled to $25– why was I charged $72? None of the drinks were doubles. I am just confused as to why I was charged triple for what she stated the price was… Mercedes’ was my bartender. She’s amazing, just not sure why I was tripled charged when one round was $25 and I only got 2 rounds? And was charged over $70…

I just did an order to go over the phone with 3 Monkeys. Ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. She asked how I wanted it cooked, so I said medium, with tots, no mayo. She said great give us 15 minutes. I showed up 12 minutes later to pick up my food and she greeted by a nice bartender who was just packing up my order. I paid, and she thanked me. Got back to my office and my burger was cooked to a perfect medium with tots and no mayo. Prefect food and perfect service. My thanks to both the cook and the bartender. I'll be back soon!

I love this place. I have so many good things to say over my experiences hete. The bartenders are very attentive and remember my name. However, I suggest that they not use the name as specified on the ID. As a gender non-conforming individual, this is a deadname to me. It made me very uncomfortable. Instead, if this approach is used, I suggest they instead ask if it's the name someone uses. I would have loved it if I was called by my proper name. Even still, 5 stars because this place is a great slice of small town in Vancouver. But that small improvement would make my experience much better.

Went on a Tues. Nt great live band it was such a comfy feeling in this bar even tho I had only been there once about a year ago . Many looked like they knew each other so prob. Is a reg. hang out bar family type place Bartender made me a great long island it was spendy but big and worth it . they have a big outdoor area pool tables etc . It was so wonderful to finally see live band and faces people dancing freely I recommend checking it out .

I'm giving it 5 stars cause I believe they could do better then what I experienced. We went there last night very early. My husband doesn't drink, I do, so we wanted to just go play pool early so we could be back home early. We didn't want to be on the roads with drunks. At 4 - 5pm we showed up. We asked for coffee. The guy says they had run out of coffee. I was very confused. How on New Year's Eve are you going to not have coffee on hand? Even if just to support the designated drivers????? He was rude and short with us. I get it was News Years Eve, but the place wasn't busy and I still can't get over he's snotty comment. So we stay because we just want quality time together. As we are playing pool, I start to smell coffee. So I ask him ,"Am I crazy or do I smell coffee????? He says yep. He didn't think it was important to provide coffee.. But you lost our business that night as we were supposed to meet dogs. We took our business to 99 saloon. Please chat with your employees. Coffee is just as important as alcohol.
