Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken here is very good. My kids loved it. It is very flaky and crispy. We bought the 8-piece meal and everything was hot and fresh. The line was rather long to get our food, but it did finally come. The weight was on the fries. Others who are waiting in line said that it is normal for them to be backlogged. Overall, I was happy with what I got. The app was easy to use.

I'm a huge Popeyes fan, especially for the spicy chicken sandwich and their cajun fries with blackened ranch, but I've always been displeased with the general service from their establishments. However, this location, hands-down, is the most professional and efficient I've seen. Only Popeyes where the line moves along fairly fast and I've never had to wait outside the building for my food to come out after going through the drive-through. They've never messed up my orders either. It's a bit out of the way from where I live, but kind of worth the drive. So much better than the other Vancouver locations.

I ordered a 16 piece family meal and four spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive thru. I didn’t receive my 8 biscuits and I didn’t get a receipt. This is horrible service in my opinion. How many orders go through the drive thru daily? This is a daily routine for your employees. Management is at fault for poor training and failure to oversee that these issues do not happen. There are no excuses for this issue. Sorry Popeyes, I will not be returning to your establishment. I also read previous reviews regarding failure to give a receipt. This has obviously been an ongoing issue.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the ridiculous prices.. I'm so disappointed. I really loved their red beans and rice. So I ordered a large along with my friends 3 piece meal..$19 and change!!!!!!! What happened????? I got home and took out the "large " red beans and rice. No. What do the smaller sizes look like?? Omg!! This cant be right.. $5.99 for a (what they think is a large) .cant do it. Won't do it again.

They forgot my chicken on my doordash order. I only received one small side and biscuit, my drink was pure soda water when i ordered coke. Really upset. This place is usually good but now I have to wait for a refund and dont want to order again. it costs money to tip these drivers so you basically cost me 10 bucks for nothing and want me to pay another $10 tip for the next driver when I repeat my order that I have to hope the same employees get right the second time. Its really lame and you should make it right.

Check every single aspect of you order. I order two sandwiches and almost always only get one. They often give you classic when you ask for spicy and 50% of the time you will not have your dipping sauces. Food is usually cold by the time you get the order corrected. Delivery checking the order is even worse.
