Burger King

Never again. Was in line at the drive through, yes it was close to closing time, they served the car in front of me which was full of people they obviously knew, then left me sitting at the order menu for 10 minutes then came on the speaker and said " sorry we just closed." As I drove by the window they were hanging out off the window chatting with their friends and screaming " better luck next time." Haven't been back since. Oh well Wendy's is close and they treat customers like, well, valued customers.

I had no intention of stopping by BK but it was close to lunch time and there was BK, so I went thru the drive-thru. The line of cars moved quickly. I ordered a king bacon burger not realizing what a big burger it was. It was ok. Probably won't order it again. The woman working the drive-thru window was awesome!

Worst service ever!! I waited for 12min with 4 kids for food that was prepared but not bagged, so we ended up with cold burgers. Plus, this is the second time that I order two fries and they never put in the second one, but I only see this after I have unloaded 4 kids into the car. Don't know why I didn't learn my lesson the first time. Go across the street to Burger King and skip this disaster of a place.

Remember the old jingle, "Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us...Let us serve you your way?" Perhaps the motto for this specific store is "We'll give you pickles, give you lettuce, special orders don't upset us because we'll give it our way." How hard is it to make a burger without cheese, tomato and pickles - there is less work to do? If you ring them to say they got the order wrong (not once, twice or thrice) you'll hear, just come on back and we'll take care of it. Only problem is, I'm already home. So to the Burger King in Vancouver off 192nd Avenue, you've seen the last of this patron. For those venturing there for a burger, if the parking lot is empty: B E W A R E. You'd think they'd be able to concentrate on your order to get it right, but alas, they are probably having a spit wad war in the back because there's no bleeding manager or person of responsibility there ensuring any of the team is working. Have I made this review sarcastic enough? I can't wait for In-N-Out Burger to make it here. If you are the owner of this store, one word: bankruptcy.

My fties were cold, than my burger was cold. I was very nice and respectful whrn i asked for a new burger and the lady with the blonde and brown pig tails just huffed and puffed in rudeness because i asked for a new burger. I said i would just deal with it and walked away. Disrespectful, not caring horrible service and very un un unsanitary place.
