Outback Steakhouse

Outback in vero kudos finally got it right. The steak was in point the lavender drink was on point . The only downside was small sweet potatoe. Our server was very attentive she just came back from being on leave and she is always on it with all the guest. Loaded cheese fries rocked need to add a side of sour cream next time. Smallest portions I've ever seen. Tiny blooming onion, the size of a softball. My baked potato was size of a tennis ball. Not even a tablespoon of butter. Fresh fruit not so fresh. Half orange (with the peel on) with a few over rip strawberries. Had to remind them to bring it. Could have gotten a weeks groceries for the cost of two meals.

Stopped at VB Outback for lunch on Thursday and had a great time. Fun busy atmosphere, clean and lots of choices (especially the cocktails 😉). We had a delicious lunch with salad and sirloins, but by far the best part was our fabulous server Natalie! She was on it! Natalie was super fun without being too much. Her suggestions were spot on (Lavender lemonade drink) and she made sure all our details were right (and we threw a couple curves). Everything came out fresh hot and as ordered. We never had to look for her yet she wasn’t ever hovering. And even through her protective mask you could see her smile! Definitely recommend trying VB Outback and if you want great service ask for Natalie!

My grandson and I had a dinner date night and selected the Outback Steakhouse in Vero Beach. We knew it would be a little wait to be seated but it was well worth the wait. We were greeted by a very friendly, upbeat server, Sara. She took our order and checked back on us several times throughout our dinner. You could see how busy she was as well as all the other staff but it never changed her positive, bubbly demeanor. Our dinner was great and on our way out we had the opportunity to speak with the hostess and the manager on duty. We wanted the manager to know that we not only had a great meal but the entire evening was a most enjoyable time for me and my grandson. All of your staff that we encountered were perfect professionals! Thank you Sara, and we hope you will be our server again on our future visits!

Excellent service and awesome atmosphere. Our server Ashley R. was attentive and super friendly. Food came out hot and perfectly cooked. Cassandra , one of the Mod's came to our table and asked how our meal was. That's Excellent customer service. Not many restaurants do that anymore. I highly recommend this Outback location. We will definitely be back.

The immaculate and astonishing customer service was way more than I could ever expect. The restaurant is quite busy but each one of the servers gives you the utmost attention. Especially the barista Amber. She was most welcoming and instantly asked me what kind of drink with a smile. Her skills at making drinks was amazing. I ordered a White Russian. It wasn't too sweet it was the right amount perfect.
