I couldnt get what i wanted because they were out. So i ordered something else, asked to replace the curly fries with mozzarella sticks the person confirmed i wanted them and said ok. I also asked to have my sandwich plain . Paid for our meal and when i got it there wasnt any mozzarella sticks so i had to wait for them to get some made. Got home with my food only to find out i wasnt eating my sandwich because they didnt make it plain like i had asked for it to be made.

This restaurant needs to go back to it's normal hours and quit closing so early. All the other fast food places in town have gone back to their normal hours but not Arby's! I refuse to go there anymore since twice I pulled up to the speaker around 7:30 pm and was informed they were closed by a automated voice. Lights off, no one there.

I got a roast beef slider and a small milkshake. I love their food but it's a little expensive. I wish they would bring their baked potatoes back!

One worker was very pleasant and helpful, while his younger counterpart stood there complaining about having to work so much. But the food was good, and the service was fast and (mostly) friendly! Though extremely short handed, they always work really hard to get people served in a timely manner

Arby's in Vincenne, Indiana really needs to open up for dine in because not everyone wants to have to go through the drive thru.
