Came in on Friday, and there was nobody insight. I had to ask if they were open, and that’s when someone came walking to me very slow. We got sat down, there was two couples there. Something felt off, I didn’t like the environment. It didn’t feel like the restaurant was fully functioning. So we got up and left. The reviews are bad and I wanted to give them a chance. But I just couldn’t after having to ask if they were open since it looked like it was not. Will not be back until the restaurant looks like it’s fully functioning. Are they going through a new management?

Went on a Saturday with my family to the restaurant being dead. We ordered our food but our waiter told us on a few of the items we ordered that it is "unavailable" tonight. Food came out and it was tasteless. The service was ok but when we paid our bill we decided we were gonna leave a cash tip, the waiter comes back to our table and asked why we didn't leave a tip while were still at the table eating our food. It made her look desperate and unprofessional. I'm surprised this restaurant is still open for how dead it is and considering the other great other restaurants in Walnut Creek with better service at the same price range. Shouldn't be open if you don't have items on the menu available on a already limited menu. Train your waiters on being less desperate for a tip. Will never go back here.

Food is super over priced. Main Entrees are 20-25 bucks but don't feed 1 average sized man.I can't imagine how they stay in business unless the majority of their business is woman or rich people. I mean my hand is as long as that take out container, and I'm a small 5'6" guy. A main entree at dinner time should be the biggest meal of the day.

I came here this evening for the first time since 2019. Just wanted a fewJust wanted a few appetizersJust wanted a few appetizers and cocktails. Lettuce wraps, so salty not edible! Gross. Also had crab ragoon. The cream cheese was like clay. And the dumplings were hard . Everything was frozen. You could tell By the way everything tasted. Server was so nice. Time for them to hire New cook staff.
