Noah's Ny Bagels

Nope! Never again! As far as I've ever known, buying something involves exchanging money for goods. Well, I placed my order online, my payment went through, I received confirmation saying that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, I drove to the location, and IT WAS CLOSED!!! There was a lovely note on the door that said that they had decided to close early! They took my money but I got nothing at all for it!!! Who? How? Why? What?! 😤😡🤨 I wish minus 5 stars was an option.

Second time within in a month, that they put the wrong bagels in my online order! my 4 year old likes the chocolate bagel, but instead of fulfilling what we ordered, they put a cinnamon one in it, my son didn’t like it, so I took him back to the store and told the manager what happened, instead of apologizing, he said” I am sorry he is picky “ right in front of my son!!!!!! Never go back to that trash store again!

The lady who took my order spelled my name completely wrong. My name is Holly not Haley. Didn't even ask me what size coffee i wanted. Who ever made my sandwich didnt put avocado when it’s a chorizo avocado sunrise….. & theres no chorizo either just sauce. It didnt help my experience that one of the employees was saying how she wouldnt add certain things to sandwiches during her shift either. What a great start to my day thank you 🙃

Went hear to try their bagel sandwiches and frozen coffee however, i was stopped at the door and told if you didn’t have a to go order they were unable to swerve you. When asking how to place such an order she literally said “i don’t know, i’ve only been here 3 weeks”. Terrible service if you ask me. Proceeded to place a to go order on door dash which didn’t even have all the options. I gave up.

I ordered three sandwiches this morning, two on Everything bagels. I waited 1/2 as it was crowded. They finally call my name, not to hand me my order, but instead to inform me they had no Everything bagels. So after waiting 1/2 hour I had to cancel. This is probably the 3rd time in 8 visits they were out of Everything bagels. All they had to do is look where the bagels are held and they would have seen they were out of them. No excuse and a bunch of wasted time and now the three of us are starving. I gave two stars instead of one because their food is excellent when they have it in stock.
