Starbucks

The manager is absolutely ignorant of the needs for this branch. (1) The outlets towards the end of the store don’t work.(2) The outlet of the one table that works is destroyed and can be dangerous cause it’s falling off! (3) There are flies coming to your face when you are sitting by towards the end of the store on the comfy seats! (4) from the pictures I’ve added, one can see there is no cleaning happening in this store! (5) they blocked one of the bathrooms to use it as an storage when the store needs both of them and people are in line all the time to access the restroom

I frequently go to this Starbucks (as well as the one in Emeryville by the Home Depot and Taco Bell). The people inside both all know and greet me by name and I get good service. This is why I gave it 5 stars. All Starbucks do allow dogs to be brought inside, but I do not know what the controls are. This morning at the Sunne location there was a small white dog/puppy who was not on leash and running around on the floor, the owners did not really have control over the dog, they are frequently in this Starbucks. This dog started barking at me and came towards me. I ignored the dog, but it continued to bark. I know that this is not normal for dogs in Starbucks, but I do not go to Starbucks for dogs to behave this way. I go to enjoy my beverage and food in peace. When you do bring your dog inside, please keep it under control.

1. There's no foam in the lattes they serve. But when I asked for extra foam in my grande latte, half the cup was foam. Literally half. 2. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. It's akin to those nasty gas station bathroom you see in horror or dark movies. There's blood on the toilet, and something seems to have run down the walls and the door. Also no toilet paper. Trash can is broken, nasty, and full (it's not even noon yet).

Very Very Busy Little Place & It's Loud. Semi Safe & It's Located Next To Pleasant Hill Bart Station. If You Come Here To Work On Your Computer. Bring Sound Cancelling Headphones. For Seating, It's Kinda Hard To Find. If You Don't Want People To See Your Computer Screen. Then You Will Have To Come Early When They First Open To Grab A Seat With The Wall Behind You. Recommended Scale 5/10
