Cactus Cafe Towers

I continue to be disappointed in this establishment. Many mornings they do not even have the items to make the breakfast you have ordered. With this cafe being in an office building, most want to be able to quickly go in and get their food to go. Even if there is no one else in the cafe, it is going to take at least 15 minutes to get your order. Often once you get back to your office and unwrap your food, you find that the order is wrong. Complaining falls on deaf ears and it is even suggested that the customer is the one that is wrong. I've gotten a salad and when opened it in my office, discovered a gnat. When I took it back and complained I was told it must have flown into my salad in my office. Another time I drank almost a whole soda from their fountain that I purchased there. When I got near the end and was emptying the cup in the sink to throw it away I discovered dead ants at the bottom of the cup. Again, I was told it couldn't have come from them. The customer is often treated as more of a bother than someone that is keeping them in business. If at all possible, skip this cafe.

Horrible service. I waited for cashier to make an espresso drink and then another customer was rung up, but two other customers approached and he rang them up first as I was not 5 feet away. I may have forgiven an oversight but he proceeded to chit chat at some length with them as I waited another few moments. I didn't need breakfast that badly so I left.
