I've never been to pressed before and came in to try the freezes since I've heard so much about them! The pumpkin freeze was amazing!! My partner didn't really like his vanilla freeze, but I thought it was pretty tasty. Definitely recommend the pumpkin freeze if it is in season when you visit! Prices are pretty high: $6.50 for the smaller size and $8 for the larger size. The employee was very friendly!

Absolutely God awful customer service. Waited for 15 minutes with my 3 year old (with no one else in the store) while the only employee working on some juice order. She didn't say a word to us when we walked in. Everything is extremely overpriced, a tiny cup of ice cream with no toppings is $6.50. Would give 0/5 stars if possibe.

Love the freezes and açaí bowls here! The dragon fruit açaí bowl is SO good! And the strawberry basil drink is so refreshing!

I had been wanting to try the juice freezes at Pressed Juicery for quite some time. It was the only reason I drove out to Walnut Creek during rush hour. It was too perfect, I immediately found a primo parking space with time still left on it too. Score a plus for me.
I love the feeling I get when I walk into Pressed Juicery. It's clean, bright and has an aura of good energy, of course, having healthy food options is a plus too.
I had the option to try all four of the freezes: Kale, Fruit, Vanilla, and Chocolate. Of course, I took full advantage of it. All four samples were delicious. But I opted for Vanilla with Cacao Syrup and Dark Chocolate Chips. With the serving, you have the option to pick two toppings of your choice.
However, the person who helped me didn't seem like he was having a very good day, or he was tired. I'm not sure, he seemed a bit bothered with the number of customers in the store.
I was really surprised the freezes were reasonably priced. While this visit was a splurge for me, I will definitely be returning and am looking forward to trying other flavors. I also like so many of their healthy tasty juices.
Pressed Juicery is located in Downtown Walnut Creek, steps away from the Cheesecake Factory. There is a parking structure and metered parking nearby. It's small and can be easily missed if you're not paying close attention. The only place to eat inside is along the counters next to the windows, standing only. No chairs and tables. There are a couple of benches on the outdoor patio available for sitting.

Everything tastes artificial. I asked if the juices were organic but they are not according to the team member. I got to try some of the freeze and the Acai tasted like cardboard. I also had a Citrus 2 which was recommend and that was really heavy on the mint taste. There was only one team member helping all the customers which made the wait super long.

First of all, our family loves Press Juicery Freezes. Five stars for their juices and freezes. It's just that today we drove 30 min for the freezes and saw a sign that only juices were available. I asked if the machine broke and was informed "no, we just wanted to clean out the machine early today". What??? Come on guys, it's a beautiful sunny weekend day outside, in a prime shopping area in Walnut Creek, not to mention more than 3 hours before the store closes. Should you really shut it down early? A total disappointment.

Several times since I’ve been using pressed Juicery in the last few years there have been issues. Particularly when they run a special offer and they have the limitations of that in another page where you can’t find it. Don’t even know it exists. Then when you write to them about the problem they just close the ticket and don’t actually make up for any mistakes they’ve made or even apologize. This is happened three times. Now I bought their basil lemonade with a bunch of other stuff and it’s cloudy and it’s got this gooey glop in it that doesn’t belong in there. I’ve written to them about the problem and fingers crossed they’ll actually get back to me. They’re supposed to be feeding us healthy food. Does a responsible company fail to respond to its clients when there’s a problem? At first I thought it was because they were a young company but now they’ve been in business for several years and it has not improved at all. Use at your peril.
