I’ve been searching for hoagie dip for months now, and have tried many over the years. I found out that steak and hoagie factory will make it, and boy did I hit the jackpot! Their service is top notch and the workers are so sweet and accommodating! I got an order of the hoagie dip that feeds 10-12 people and between myself and 2 others its almost finished (it’s been home for 20 minutes) They make the BEST hoagie dip around while also offering some of the BEST service around!

Very good cheesesteak and crispy fries. This sandwich is probably not gonna be in your top 5 or even 10 but it is a very good steak. The roll baked in house is always a winner and they put a decent amount of seasoned meat on it with copious amounts of cheese. Definitely a great option if your in the neighborhood and, around these parts, you could argue one of the best. Not much of an atmosphere to speak of but I was fortunate enough to get one of the two tables inside.

Always a good cheese steak from this location. I have seen the employees working at full steam and man, thank you to the employees. The place itself is not much to look at, but I don't care, the food always turns out well. One thing I will say is that their front parking lot is difficult to get into if someone is waiting to come out. There is parking in the back.

In truth I come through Warminster a half dozen times a year. On this trip I was looking for Tony Lucas but it was gone. So I tried the factory. It was awesome. A really good sandwich worth the long wait (which was on me for not calling ahead). So for me a new stop 6 times a year

The last few times I have gotten food from here I have been pleased. I will definitely keep returning in the future. The employees are friendly, at times they are busy, but always acknowledge you and give you the time needed for your order without making you feel the rush they may be feeling with all of the order that are in.
