DJ LEM Songs of the night and he messed that up..not to mention make an announcement that it's unplugged song should be played. These were simple things and I sent him the songs to play. We have given him tip and he even didn’t played any song and he was not deserving that tip. You should not give him any upcoming night.

I flew up to Waterloo to see my friends over my spring break. Once at the door, their scanner meant for Canadian IDs marked my legitimate American ID as invalid. Rather than take the time to look up the requirements to verify my state ID, the security chose to bar me entry because one of my friends smiled and apparently that "told him all he needed to know" for the employee. Imagine their surprise when I came back with my American passport, which--you guessed it--matched the details of my ID perfectly! At that point they had to let me in, but still, how hard is it to learn how to check an American ID (and not be rude while doing it)?

Worst place I have ever been to. Will never ever come back again. The security guards are so rude and annoying. They asked me to leave for no reason. The friend who came with me was also denied entry after coming out with me. They created an unnecessary issue by calling the police. Even though we informed them that we are getting an uber instead of taking our car as we are all drunk, they called the police. I will never suggest this place to anyone. I felt like they are finding out trivial reasons to kick people out. Giving them 1 ⭐️ as there is no other option. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Had a great time. However need to go to the hospital because I slipped down the wet stairs after coming in from a rainy night. Legitimate lawsuit claiming hazard right there. Irregardless if I was "one drink" in. My friend slipped coming in after we paid the entry fee. Please work on this. I saw other things that had been done so this is something that you can also work on.

We were trying have a great time but due to multiple reasons, it was not as we expected: 1 - please get the floor checked, too slippery and uneven 2 - The entire place smelled like vomit 3 - Security guards are not in their right head, kicked us out for no reason. Won't prefer going back as it's just a waste of money.

This is one of those dive bars that transcends generations. Is it gross, yes. Is it cheap, yes. Does it have questionable security staff, yes. However going in with $30, sober, and coming out bombed is a financial decision I embraced in my university days. I'll always miss the extreme music levels and long nights with pals.
