Typical fast food hotspot. This is just an average fast food place that has decent prices. It is slightly on the smaller side and the floor seems sticky, however, overall the quality of food is decent and the staff are nice.

I ordered a veggie light-life burger, It was the worst burger I have ever had in canada, The patty looked, smelled and tasted bad and unhealthy. Harveys is lowering its standards day by day.

Worst customer service here. Placed an order online, just to be told to line up at the cashier to place my order again? Showed them the confirmation number just for the lady working the ingredients section to TELL my boyfriend and I we ordered the original burger THREE TIMES and told us we ordered one burger? When we placed two orders and her manager gave her our two separate receipts? Why did I have to place my order online when I had to go in store anyways and deal with this bs. Why is your employee telling me what I ordered? Just ridiculous. This is just my receipt posted. Go get your free burger from the Raps win but be ready to deal with this annoying service.
