Manchu Wok

The food is decent, typical Manchu Wok stuff. It's always warm and clean. Manchu Wok used to be my go-to but since they raised their prices, I normally go elsewhere unless it's a location that gives me fair-generous portions for what I pay. Some of the people here give fair-generous portion, proportionate to the price. Others are quite stingy so it can be quite a turn off. I only buy here when I see the lady I recognized who gives decent proportion. Otherwise, I go to the other alternatives. I don't like feeling 'ripped off'. Some Manchu Woks I know (in other cities) have long lineups of customers daily just because they provide generous portions. This location might want to change their business approach. Otherwise, no one buys, the food sits around and go stale, and then even less people buy here. It takes money to make money. I'm rather forgiving so I hope they'd improve immediately and I can have nicer experiences in the future. Otherwise, my money keeps going elsewhere.

Paid $11 for small noodles and a drink for my daughter. My daughter complained that noodles were dry, I tried them myself and there were pieces hard as a rock. Definitely not fresh and way overpriced. Second bad experience at this location, never ever again. Won’t even bother asking for a refund based on previous reviews. These guys take no pride in their establishment.

It's not that their food is bad per se, but they are so stingy and frugal compared to Bourbon St. Grill. They pretty much don't restock their chicken dishes until it's completely gone, meaning you're forced to eat the stale chicken from yesterday. Meanwhile the folks at Bourbon restocks their food frequently even if it's still half full. Also their "fresh" veggies are always soggy and gross, and their prices are much more expensive than the other Chinese places in the food court.

GROSS. Went today 15 minutes after the mall opened and you can tell it’s ALL food from the night before. It should have been fresh (you would think). Hard disgusting noodles, hard chicken, tiny portions for the price. There’s NO way the food was reheated to minimum 140 degrees either. Don’t go here, needs a look from public health at temperatures and practice IMO.

Was charged $9.13 for a small portion of noodles and a drink, was told the SPC discount of 10% did not apply to my meal when on their website it says 10% off regular price menu items. I went to get a refill for my coke and it was a $1.00 charge. When I told them I would pay with credit they added a $0.25 charge. I said I didn't want the drink if there was going to be an extra charge. Since she had already poured the drink she said she would waive the charge and give it to me for $1.00 which I refused.

I purchased meal for $9.48 and it was disgusting. Noodles taste bad and chicken was hard. I bring that whole tray after a bite to the store and the lady on counter said she will replace it but I said you have same noodles and I want noodles. She offered me veggie instead without listening that I want noodles. I said I don't need any food and need my money back but she said "NO" we can replace only food. So o did not get any food+ lost my money for nothing... worst place.

The service was terrible. I asked for two types of chicken but got one only. They didn't even type my order into their register so I honestly have no idea what I was charged for but I payed $13.90 for over cooked BBQ chicken that was full of fatty gristle. My noodles were greasy. Overall I am extremely unimpressed and won't eat here again.

Terrible food ! A Lady , she charged me 13 dollars for rice chicken and broccoli 🥦. broccoli was good in taste but chicken is all burnt and it’s so bitter in taste and I ask for hot sauce she gave me hot chilli sauce which is so sweet I will never come here wasted my money you should taste before serving to customer !!
