I went every day for hot chocolate because I can't drink coffee and I loved it and yesterday i took a big sip of espresso. When I told the manager on duty that I could taste coffee she basically argued with me saying she didn't even click the button for coffee. I know what coffee tastes like and I drink the same drink every single day, I definitely know when it's off. I worked at Starbucks so I definitely know my ins and outs of drink making. She then said maybe my tastebuds were off today to deflect the fact that she messed up. I also always ask for no whip and they just never listen they always put it on. Not sure if I will be going back to such rude service.

Went in yesterday for a latte and it was amazing. She wasn't wearing a name tag (blonde younger girl) otherwise I would have called the store and put in a good word. However, when I went in for the second time that day, I had a man serve me and he was extremely rude. The froth was more of a cappuccino consistency and I had to throw it away.

Throughout the last 10 years I have often been to the Timothy's in Connestoga mall. The new management is way better then the previous management. I highly recommend this Timothy's because the people that work here will greet you in a manner that even if you are having a bad day while walking into the store, you will walk out with a smile on your face. Timothy's are trained in such a way that all your questions will be answered in a manner of satisfaction. Personally, I am a huge fan of coffee in which I'm always pleased to see a variety of the types of coffee available. Coffee here is always fresh. In addition, the store is always well stocked. Overall, the employees at this Timothy's know what they are doing and are always well organized.

Why is it that every time I come for cup of coffee or snack while on break, the manager is always, always, always on her phone? There have been several occasions when I've had to listen to this woman finish off her obviously not work-related phone call on her personal phone before I can place an order. Other times when she is there with another university student employee who is restocking/doing something else, instead of her just taking the order, she instead stays on her phone and beckons the other barista to do it. Must suck to work for a lazy manager.
I keep returning because it's in the mall and I like their variety of coffee/drinks and such BUT this low class service keeps urging me to just save myself and go to Tim's.

There's nothing I hate more than being over charged for bagged tea, if I bring in my own reusable cup why should I pay 80 cents more for the large size when you're literally only giving me more hot water.

Oh no gross food it is dry and awful. Dont know about the coffe other than its very expensive to me. Id rather walk 50 feet and go to the Timmies. Dont like this place. The pastries are not recommended here.

Every since new management took over a while back, quality sucks, management sucks, Timothy's has lost a customer in me. Management is rude, terrible customer service, and opening yells at their workers in front of customers. Pastries are stale, coffee tastes watered-downed.

Usually good coffee but today they ran out of medium sized cups and wouldn't put a medium Americano in a large cup. Seriously? Had to go over to Tim Hortons. :(
