Staff was amazing, food was delicious! I love there ham and cheese lettuce tomato oil and extra shakers and an order of cheese sticks. 2 cheese sticks fit perfectly on a half sub on the tomatoes in the middle and perfectly fill the middle of the sub. My favorite! Also try it with popcorn chicken for a chicken salad sub experience! Oh and yes the have Mt Dew! Boom! 😆

I cannot say enough good things about this location!! Neil helped me with an order for a small family gathering and he was spot on about the amount of food that I'd need. He was funny and just a pleasure to work with. He and his staff greeted us with kindness and a smile when we arrived to pick up. They made sure that we had everything that we needed as far a sides, utensils etc. We are not in Watertown very often, but when we are, we will ALWAYS be stopping in to see Neil and his crew. He should seriously be honored in a parade Watertown! He's your very own national celebrity!

I live just a few blocks away. The people working are hardly friendly. That I can’t deal with - I hate that you pay for a sub and get the extreme bare minimum. The put just enough Mayo on the center but not the whole sub - two slices of deli meat and it doesn’t even tough the ends so a large portion of your sub is just that - sub roll. It’s so out of hand and I wish I were exaggerating. I’ve had to call them out on it politely so that they would actually put a normal portion size. And that just upsets them even more. BUT if you go to Arsenal street it’s perfect!

Edit in response to the owner: That never excuses a serious lack in customer service and rude behavior. Original post: Too bad to see local businesses self destruct. Rude service and they kick people out if they don't have masks. Meanwhile, the majority of other local businesses and restaurants have adopted the new NYS guidelines. Get with the times, you lost another customer.
