Family run Persian spot in Watertown.
Absolutely delicious. I ordered Lamb Kabob which comes with a hefty portion of saffron rice and a grilled tomato. Everything was cooked to perfection. I most certainly will be eating here again. Next time I'll probably get the chicken kabob plate.

Unfortunately there aren’t any good Persian restaurants in the Boston area and I was really hoping this place would be better based on what I had heard. If you are expecting food quality and taste similar to LA/DC area then skip this place.
The food lacks any real taste and the service is dependent on the mood of the guy working there.
Lastly, prices are way to high for the taste and quality.

Great stop. I'm so happy my friend took me here. They food is excellent. I enjoy kabob, and Hafez House doesn't disappoint. I enjoyed the Soltani plate, and added a chicken kabob. The food was so good, I finished the whole plate. Rice was awesome, I wish I ordered an extra beef kubideh. Oh so good, I'll be back.

First time eating Persian food and it was delicious! Was brought by a friend who said this is very authentic. Food came quickly and service was prompt. Would definitely return.

The staff were friendly even though the service was a bit slow. It’s a small place that can only serve 20 people, but I guess that makes it cozy. The foods were delicious, but the prices were a bit different from the ones written on the menu, not a big deal though. They have their own bread which was really delicious.
Their Kabab Torsh is extremely delicious!

Hafez house of kabab has the best gheymeh polo and if honest, in entire USA. Staffs are amazingly friendly and make you feel like at home. 10/10 recommend this food to anyone who misses some authentic gheymeh polo. They also offer a version with bademjoon if you are into eggplant. Best served after a long bike ride 😊

I have tried different Persian restaurants as I am a hug fan of this cuisine, but I do not recommend this place. We ordered the Sultani (traditional Persian dish) but the meat was burnt and it was extremely chewy. I recommend trying another Persian restaurants in Watertown but not this place.

The food quality and style were the best among all the Persian restaurants around the Boston area. We loved it. Especially Mirza Ghasemi was fantastic. The staff were nice and friendly. I hope they keep up the good work, and do not ruin the quality in favor of scale!
Also I should mention that I felt a bit cold inside the restaurant.
