It’s a shame that a woman would go out of her way to write a negative review. Rebecca, you told him to place a sign. That was sufficient enough. Don’t go out of your way with false information.
We will be notifying the store in the morning with an accurate account of what happened.
Also, it was 68 degrees this evening. Not freezing. If it were, you probably would have gone for hot chocolate, not frozen yogurt.

GREAT costumer service. I was there the same time "Rebecca Presson" left her two star review. The person working was very kind and told her family that the lobby closes at 8. She went outside to the tables and decided to storm back in and tell the worker he needed a sign and then condescendingly had to tell the worker "but I know you wont put up a sign". Not to mention, it was 67 degrees outside, didnt know that was "freezing weather". Just another Karen who takes advantage of teenager, fast food workers.

Not a bad place to get some low fat yogurt. FYI, you will be paying by the ounce so be careful how much nuts and stuff you might add to your treat.

I has the most wonderful treat from Froyo today and the young man Curtis that served us went above and beyond. He also made very delightful suggestions so... me & my family will return soon!

Have been going here since it was Yo My Goodness. The first place I ever had frozen yogurt. froYo has an amazing raspberry pomegranate sorbet as well as other flavors that rotate. Plenty of toppings and a nice outdoor patio area to hang out.

Was in here today with my granddaughter! She loved picking her own toppings it made the expierence awesome! The girl working was friendly and very attentive making sure we were ok. Toppings were awesome store was clean and the girl was literally scrubbing behind the counter. I come here a lot and always happy when I leave. Hope this location stays around!
