Couldn’t be more satisfied with my smashed avo and dukkah on gf toast. Super fresh and a very generous serving . The fresh squeezed apple, orange and lemon juice was also delicious. Thank you!

Delicious food!
My only problem is they always sell out of salad before lunch is over and they turn off the coffee machine a bit too early.
Also, I wish they had another cafe down the other end of the city.

Lots of gluten free options! Nice to have such a range of options.
However I’m assuming the management has changed since early reviews on this profile. A lot of old reviews and food don’t match the experience nowadays. But they do still offer a range of GF things so it’s a good option for those with allergies.

A quality alternative food cafe compared to most city cafes. The barista coffee ☕️ and tea selection 🍵 are excellent. The vegetarian options are broad and made to a high standard. Portions are large and presented in the correct plates and bowls 🥣 👌 Keen to eat here again in the near future!

Small but great selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Gets busy at lunch time. Really friendly staff. Plenty of salad selection, juices and some hot food available. Couple of wee tables out the front

I haven't found a place better than this in Wellington to cater for alternative diets, from keto to vegan. They can do it. I really like having places around Wellington than can cover it no sweat rather than one option otherwise you're making substitutions all over the place.
I can recommend the ommlette as well as the salad bar that they do as a solid and filling breakfast or lunch any day.
