It was Epic! I've been going to Epic every since they first opened, and the food and service have always been outstanding. I especially love Brussels with Hustle, with chicken salad and no white vinegar dressing. And the grass-fed burger is great too! Check out the scrumptious local organic cookies by Carolina Girl Cookie Co!

Soooo good!! We decided to try out Epic Food for dinner and so glad we did! The staff was super friendly, the strawberry mango water was yummy as was the sweet tea, and the food was great! I had the chicken sandwich with sweet potato chips and my husband had the surfer wrap. Everything was delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Came in randomly, and we're super glad we did! Entire staff was friendly, and helped us make our food decisions.
Food came out pretty quickly, and when we got it was delicious.
I personally got a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and everything about it was wonderful
The chicken was slightly breaded, and was juicy and delicious with the bun accenting it perfectly. The sweet potato chips were wonderful too.
Can't wait to come back for more!

Epic is by far the best place in Wilmington to get good food that you will feel good eating. I go for lunch a couple times a week and it has been my favorite place to go for healthy food. Food is fresh and the employees are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

They have an excellent GF selection, including crispy chicken! My salad was so flavorful, with fresh ingredients it didn't even need dressing. I would eat here regularly if I lived nearby.

Epic Foods is so good. It's been three months since we were there and we are still thinking about it! We were in Wilmington for a few days in June, and we kept coming back for more of their delicious Surfer bowl and the chicken salad! Wish we had an Epic Foods by us. Am tempted to make the 10 hour drive for a weekend just so we can eat there again. : ) Love love love that their food is organic and it was the main reason we went there initially. Epic foods is truly EPIC!

Epic Food company hit the spot. They have insanely fresh and high quality ingredients, and everything tasted excellent. I created my own bowl, and I was impressed by how great and high quality the food was. The shrimp was good sized and tasted amazing. The service was great- friendly and laid-back. My only negative is that for what it is, the cost is high. I'd come back here again though.

This place had been on my list of places to try for a while now. I am glad that took the chance to come today. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of gluten free and vegetarian options! Today I got the Thai bowl and I was impressed. It had a great peanut sauce over top and the sweet potato chips were awesome. This is definitely a great place for people with many different diets restrictions and even those who don’t! Check them out!

My wife and I love this place. One of the few restaurants in Wilmington that has a variety of healthy and gluten free options on the menu. Recently picked up one of their pre-made, family casseroles so we could enjoy it for the rest of the week. Friendly service, great food at a fair price.
