I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered a large iced vanilla coffee (per usual) and got exactly what I wanted! But the women at window & on headset was very polite and super sweet! She has made my coffee THE ABSOLUTE BEST yet! I’ve been coming by every morning for the past 3 years! This is yet the absolute best service I’ve had thus far! Thank you to the hardworking sweet women this morning! 🥰🩷 I hope this gets back to your manager! 🙏🏼

Visited this Burger King about 10 times over the past few weeks (don’t judge me lol). Everyone is always super friendly and polite and every time my food has been great. If there’s a long delay they are very apologetic and offer a free item. For a Burger King I’m very impressed with the service

Pleasant experience. Order taker at drive thru was very helpful and patient. Unfortunately wherever you eat out today is a high priced experience. It's a convenience but certainly not a necessity. We limit ourselves to one dine out meal a week.

I go to this Burger King for the atmosphere. This facility requires a unique combination of infinite patience and low expectations from the customer.
To be fair, I have only had to call the police one time for an aggressive guy standing around and hassling people in the drive thru line.
I only had to complain to management one time because the cashier said that they did not offer a special when they had huge signs in the window advertising it, a classic bait and switch tactic. Of course management took the side of the cashier and said that I didn't order only those items in the special. I countered that if I had been allowed to order the special, I would have eaten those items in the special. Finally I was able to get the special, but it was clear that the cashier and manager were very unhappy with my decision.
I have never gotten sick from eating there, so there is that. If you can embrace the atmosphere, it can be a delightful dining experience.

This is the best Burger King in Wilmington. The store is clean, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh. With the power out in over half of Wilmington they were busy and the screens weren't cooperating but they handled it. I know some of them were a little frazzled but they did a great job.

This Burger King can definitely be hit or miss...I got through the drive-thru in about 12 minutes. My son got a double burger with bacon and fries. I got the Impossible Burger...The lady was pleasant at the window...food tasted good when we got home ....the fundamental problem with fast food restaurants is they don’t pay a living wage so they can’t find staff.
